  • Allowed: For this tour, a passport valid for at least 6 months covering the minimum tour duration is required.

Any flight ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will have the no-show fee reflected to the guests.

  • Allowed: Airline rules apply to group tickets, and according to group ticket regulations, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used either.
  • Allowed: Generally, the luggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights within the destination countries, this weight may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of TURLAGO.
  • Allowed: In case the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 20 days in advance.
