    After our arrival in Belgrade around noon, we begin a panoramic city tour. Among the places we will see are: New Belgrade, Usce Shopping Center, the historic Brankov Bridge, Tašmajdan, Slavija Square, St. Sava Church, the Old Palace, the New Palace and the Parliament Building, Kalemegdan Fortress conquered by Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent, the tomb of Damat Ali Pasha the Conqueror of the Morea,

    After breakfast at the hotel, we check out and depart with our luggage for Budapest. Tour Rules

  • Allowed: Our participating guests must hold a valid Multi-Entry Schengen visa throughout the duration of the tour. (Green passport holders are exempt from the visa requirement.)
  • Allowed: For shopping and spending in all countries included in the tour itinerary, having Euros on hand is sufficient. In regions where local currency is used, the tour guide will assist with currency exchange.
  • Allowed: During the tour, comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evenings.
  • Allowed: On weekly tours, a rotation (seat change) application is implemented for daily seat planning; fixed seating and guarantee of front seats are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the guide on the vehicle.
  • Allowed: When entering Turkey from abroad, it is mandatory to stay at least 1 night to bring items such as alcohol and cigarettes.

  • Allowed: In the tour program, guides may make changes to the flow of the program depending on weather and road conditions, provided that all sites mentioned in the itinerary are shown.
  • Allowed: The Travel Guarantee Package can only be added during the tour purchase stage. It cannot be added later. It provides the guest with the right to cancel unconditionally and without penalty up to 7 days before the travel date. If not used, it is non-refundable. If the cancellation guarantee package is not purchased, guests have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. If the tour date is less than 30 days away, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less, a 100% penalty applies. Hospital reports, work permits, and other documents obtained from authorities in Turkey provided with the cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellation of hotels and services outside Turkey.
  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation condition of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be announced by TURLAGO.
  • Allowed: In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying the hotel name and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by TURLAGO 2 days before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than those specified. In such cases, TURLAGO will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the third person in these rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are pull-out or coach beds, the tour participant is deemed to have accepted potential crowding and the bed type in triple or child reservations. Child discounts apply only to one child (within the age group) staying with two adults.
  • Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program at hotels are served according to the breakfast culture of the country, typically offering a limited menu called continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate dining room allocated for the group.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting at most 2-3 hours, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, including other tours mentioned in the program, cannot be held if they coincide with days and hours when local authorities prohibit visits or entry, due to closed roads for any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible; TURLAGO is not responsible for the inability to conduct such tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
  • Allowed: At customs gates crossed by road during the journey, waiting times may exceed standards; TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences resulting from these waiting periods.
  • Allowed: Extra tours are organized by the local TURLAGO from whom we receive services, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If a sufficient number is not met, the tours cannot be conducted, or the extra tour prices, content, and vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide based on the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
  • Allowed: Extra tours are optional and not compulsory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable resting facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the resting facility before the extra tour starts and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.
  • Allowed: The check-in and boarding procedures required for participants of tours by plane are personal transactions and must be carried out by the guest at the relevant airline counters at the airport before the flight or online via the airline companies' websites.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is not responsible for the inability of persons who are not present at the specified airport at the times announced by TURLAGO for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these procedures but do not board the aircraft, to undertake the flight. All costs for new round-trip airline tickets and transfers in the destination region necessary for such persons to join the tour shall be borne by them.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and chartered flights, or hours may change before the tour and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the tour by accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
