Tour Rules

  • Allowed: Our participating guests must have a valid Multi-Entry Schengen visa for the duration of the tour. (Green passport holders are exempt from the visa requirement.)
  • Allowed: To shop and spend in all countries included in the tour program, it is sufficient to have Euros. In areas using local currency, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
  • Allowed: Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers are recommended during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evenings.
  • Allowed: In our weekly tours, a daily rotating seat plan (seat change) is applied; fixed seats or front seat guarantees are not given. Seat changes are organized by the guide.
  • Allowed: To bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.) from abroad into Turkey, you need at least 1 night accommodation.

  • Allowed: The Travel Guarantee Package can only be added during the tour purchase stage. It cannot be added later. It provides the guest with the right to cancel unconditionally and without penalty until 7 days before the travel date. If unused, there is no refund. If the cancellation guarantee package is not purchased, guests have the right to cancel free of charge until 30 days before the tour. If less than 30 days remain before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports from authorities in Turkey or workplace permission documents submitted with a participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellation of hotels and services outside of Turkey.
  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. TURLAGO will notify participants if the tour is canceled due to insufficient participation.
  • Allowed: In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying a hotel name and/or offers options for the same destination, TURLAGO will notify the hotel(s) 2 days before the trip departure.
  • Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified. In such cases, TURLAGO will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are available depending on hotel availability. In such rooms, the bed allocated for the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed + one extra bed. As extra beds consist of foldaway beds and coach beds, participants with a third person and/or children in triple rooms are deemed to accept the potential crowding and bed type. Child discounts apply only for one child (within the age group) staying with two adults.
  • Allowed: Among the services included in the tour program, breakfasts taken at the hotel are served according to the breakfast culture of the country and are usually offered with a limited menu consisting of a continental breakfast such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee. They may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours organized for general introduction to the cities, consisting of panoramic sightseeing from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not occur on the relevant day and time due to restrictions by local authorities, closed roads due to any event, or if tours become impossible due to weather conditions. TURLAGO is not responsible for the inability to conduct such tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
  • Allowed: During travel, waiting times at customs gates crossed by road may exceed standards. TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by these waiting periods.
  • Allowed: Extra tours are organized by our local supplier TURLAGO with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the sufficient number is not reached, tours may be cancelled or extra tour prices, content, and vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide according to whether museums and archaeological sites are open/closed and weather conditions.
  • Allowed: Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours during the trip are considered to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest facility before the extra tour starts and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.
  • Allowed: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants of flight tours are personal matters and must be completed by the guest beforehand at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is not responsible for individuals who are not present at the specified airport at the times stated for tour participation, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or those who complete check-in and boarding but do not board the plane. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination region required for the missed flight participants to join the tour are their own responsibility.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There is a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, and hours may change before the trip and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the trip accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and service fees.
