Tour Rules
- Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum of 30 participants. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. In case of cancellation due to insufficient participation, you will be notified via your agency.
- Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided without naming specific hotels, and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified. In such a case, you will be informed by your agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated for the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one extra bed. Extra beds are foldable or coach beds; therefore, the third participant and/or child reservations are deemed to accept potential crowding and bed type. Child discounts apply for one child (within the age group) staying with two adults.
- Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program and provided at hotels are served according to the breakfast culture of the country, typically as a continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate dining area allocated for groups.
- Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are 2-3 hour tours conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary for a general introduction to the cities, excluding museum and archaeological site entrances. TURLAGO is not responsible if these tours cannot be conducted due to local authorities prohibiting visits or entry at the scheduled date and time, closed roads due to events, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not allowed.
- Allowed: You can learn the hotel(s) you will be staying at 48 hours before the tour departure, only if category information is provided and/or alternative options exist for the same destination.
- Allowed: The participant agrees in advance to attend the tours specified in the program, not to disrupt the itinerary, and to pay the amount previously notified in the tour program for expenses such as museum & archaeological site entrances, city taxes, and audio headset systems (if any) to the tour representative during the trip. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.
- Allowed: Cancellations and changes cannot be made by guests for tours with promotion and early booking campaigns.
- Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and private flights, or hours may change before the current trip and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
