    We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. We head to the capital Rabat. The city of Rabat is located on the banks of the Bou Regreg River, surrounded by eucalyptus and Portuguese cork oak forests.   • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
  • Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided without naming specific hotels in the tour program, and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified. In such a case, information will be provided by your agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability. The bed allocated for the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed + one extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, by booking a third person and/or child, the participant declares acceptance of potential room congestion and bed type. Child discounts apply only to one child staying with two adults and falling within the specified age group.
  • Allowed: Among the services included in the tour program, breakfasts taken at the hotel are presented with a limited menu typically called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country. These may be served in a separate room allocated for the group.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the package are 2-3 hour tours organized for general city introduction, conducted by a guide's commentary from the vehicle, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. TURLAGO is not responsible for the cancellation of these tours or other specified tours if they coincide with days/times when local authorities prohibit visits or entry, or due to road closures caused by events, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not allowed, as feasible.
  • Allowed: If only category information and/or alternative information for the same destination is provided, you can learn the hotel(s) 48 hours before the trip departure.
  • Allowed: The participant agrees to participate in the tours specified in the program without causing disruptions and, accordingly, accepts in advance that the predetermined amount for expenses such as museum and archaeological site entrances, city taxes, and audio headset systems (if any) will be paid separately to the tour supervisor during the travel. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.
  • Allowed: Cancellations and modifications cannot be made by guests for tours with promotional and Early Booking campaigns.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO, as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. On scheduled and charter flights, there may be risk of delays or changes to current trips and flight timings. TURLAGO is obliged to inform these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and airport service fees.
