Tour Rules

• Allowed: The tour duration is 2 nights and 3 days, including departure and return days, with 2 nights hotel accommodation.
• Allowed: The stated tour price is per person based on double occupancy. Single occupancy price is different.
• Allowed: Our rest stops may be changed due to force majeure reasons such as congestion, renovations, etc., provided that the location and service standards remain the same.
• Allowed: Child discounts applied to tour packages are valid for one child accompanying two adults. For children aged 0-6, a separate bed may not be provided in the hotel accommodation.
• Allowed: The hotels specified in the program are Turlago's preferred accommodation facilities. Changes may be made to the region and hotels depending on density, provided that the hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be announced upon request 48 hours before departure, subject to availability.
• Allowed: The program schedule (order of places visited during the day or between days) may be changed by the guide if deemed necessary due to weather, road conditions, visitor density, etc.
• Allowed: Prices for optional tours may vary by season. In such cases, the applicable date is the tour's departure date, not the purchase date. The optional tour price valid during the tour period applies. The guest accepts this by purchasing the tour.
• Allowed: For children under 18 who are not considered adults and are not accompanied by one or both parents, a notarized consent letter must be carried during the trip for participation.
• Allowed: Our guests participating in the tour must carry reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications they regularly use.
• Allowed: Delays may occur at designated departure points due to traffic, accidents, etc.
• Allowed: At the end of the tour, our guests will be dropped off on the opposite side of the stops where they were picked up. Please do not insist on getting off at a different point.
• Allowed: Since the tour starts on the first day before checking into the hotel, please prepare your necessary belongings separately.
• Allowed: The itineraries may involve long distances. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide on the vehicle.
• Allowed: During the tour, due to the intensity of the program, it may not always be possible to find ATMs, exchange offices, etc., so it is advisable to be prepared.
• Allowed: Cancellations and changes made by the guest up to 30 days before the start of service without providing a reason will be fully refunded. For cancellations and changes made between 29 and 15 days before the tour date, 30% of the reservation fee will be deducted; between 15 and 7 days, 50% will be deducted; for cancellations and changes made within 7 days or less, 100% of the reservation fee will be deducted.
• Not Allowed: Guide service, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing tours are bundled as a package and cannot be separated. Unused transportation, accommodation, guide service, sightseeing tours, etc., are non-refundable.
• Not Allowed: Rooms in the hotels are assigned by the hotel. It is not possible to choose between rooms.
• Not Allowed: Turlago is not responsible for any places stated in the program that cannot be visited due to force majeure (weather, road conditions, crowding at visited sites, etc.) or if guests fail to follow the timing given by our guide during the tour. In such cases, the guest has no right to claim.
• Not Allowed: Seat numbers cannot be guaranteed or promised during reservation. Notes entered during reservation have no guarantee. Special seat selection such as front or back seats is not possible.
• Allowed: A tiered pricing system is applied on all our tours. As the number of reservations in the package tour increases and the date approaches, tour prices may increase gradually. Turlago reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, price fixing cannot be made without a down payment.
• Not Allowed: The seat arrangement in the vehicle is arranged by the Operations Unit, taking into account the reservation order. No refund is possible in case of objections to seat placement. All seats of our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Not Allowed: If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest has no right to claim. Turlago has no responsibility in this case.
• Not Allowed: Turlago is not responsible for any material damages caused by the guest in transportation vehicles, hotels, food and beverage areas, or all services provided by suppliers. The businesses have the right to claim material damages caused by the guest.
• Not Allowed: Arrival times at the end of the tour are estimated, and Turlago is not responsible for delays due to force majeure.
• Not Allowed: In accordance with traffic laws, all our guests in the vehicle are required to wear seat belts throughout the journey; otherwise, Turlago is not responsible.
• Not Allowed: If a tour does not reach the minimum number of participants, the agency will inform the guest, and depending on the guest's preference, the tour can be postponed to the next date or cancelled. Alternatively, the guest can join the tour by getting tickets to the nearest departure point. In such a case, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via phone call, SMS, or e-mail. In this case, the guest does not have any right to claim.
• Not Allowed: Museum Card and museum/ruins entrance fees are not included in the tour fee. All museum entrances are paid by the guests.
