1. Day 1
   Welcome to Phuket! – Culture and Shows 🛬 After arriving in Singapore, without waiting, we fly to Thailand's Pearl, Phuket on SQ 724 (departure 06:55, arrival 07:50). Upon arrival, we transfer to our hotel by a private bus waiting for us. Tour Rules

• Allowed: The services included in the price vary depending on the package type purchased by guests.
• Not Allowed: Package types must be purchased during tour reservation and cannot be changed after reservation.

• Allowed: Extra tours on the itinerary take place with a minimum of 6 participants from the group. Guests who do not wish to participate wait at stopover points, rest facilities, etc.
• Allowed: In case of fairs, congresses, events, etc. in cities, accommodation may be outside the promised distance and area. In such cases, the hotel area will be notified in writing to our agencies at least 30 days before the tour departure.
• Allowed: Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an additional foldable rollaway bed.
• Allowed: In some European cities, triple rooms are not available; hotels may provide a double room plus a single room instead of a triple room.
• Allowed: Bed type requests depend on hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Not Allowed: For international trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not possible with torn or worn passports.
• Allowed: For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents specified in the visa required documents list obtainable from our agencies must be submitted with written confirmation to the agency at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
• Not Allowed: The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry into the tour or the country where the most accommodation takes place. Otherwise, THE AGENCY is definitely not responsible for the passport police not allowing entry into the country.
• Allowed: In case of tour cancellation, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable.
• Not Allowed: THE AGENCY acts only as an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and has no responsibility if the visa is not approved for any reason, does not arrive in time, and/or errors occur in the visa; the passenger has no right to claim compensation from THE AGENCY.
• Allowed: THE AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
• Allowed: During registration, the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or changes of airline tickets and no-show fees resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
• Allowed: Flight times may change, and guests must confirm all times in writing by calling the central office 48 hours before the departure dates.
• Not Allowed: The arrival city may differ. THE AGENCY cannot be held responsible for time changes and delays that may occur by the airline companies.
• Not Allowed: THE AGENCY is not responsible for changes in domestic connecting flight itineraries for guests who do not confirm their flight times and route.
• Not Allowed: Airline rules apply for group tickets. According to group ticket rules, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used as well.
• Not Allowed: On flights departing from Turkey, the luggage weight allowance is generally 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and destination country. On domestic flights in destination countries, this weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/pricing rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of THE AGENCY.
• Allowed: If the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.
• Allowed: The tour route specified in the tour program is a sample route, and changes in the tour itinerary may occur.
• Allowed: Sightseeing tours may be conducted on the following day(s) depending on the arrival time in the city.
• Allowed: The tours specified in the programs may be conducted on a different day than specified, at the guide's discretion and for any reason.
• Allowed: Optional tours along the route are organized if at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate wait at the rest stop.
• Allowed: During high-demand periods such as fairs, congresses, and seminars, hotel accommodations may be made outside the city.
• Not Allowed: Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Alternative tours can be realized only if there is a minimum of 20 participants; in case of lower participation, they may be carried out at the guide's discretion and with price adjustments if necessary. THE AGENCY cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these excursions or tours.
