Daily Tour Program

1. Day 1
   After our night journey, we arrive at Salt Lake early in the morning for the Cappadocia Ihlara Hacıbektaş Tour. (If sunrise is late, it may not be visible.) After free time at Salt Lake, we take a breakfast break before starting our tour. Then, accompanied by the view of Mount Hasan, one of the most important components of Cappadocia's formation, we arrive at our first stop in the region, Ihlara V

Tour Rules

• Allowed: Tour duration is 2 nights and 3 days including departure and return days, with 1 night hotel accommodation. 1 night is spent traveling.
• Allowed: Guiding, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing tours are bundled together and cannot be separated. Unused transportation, accommodation, guiding, or sightseeing rights are non-refundable.
• Allowed: Child discounts in tour packages apply to one child accompanying two adults. For children aged 0-6, a separate bed may not be provided in hotel accommodation.
• Allowed: In triple rooms, the third guest usually stays on an extra bed.
• Allowed: Hotels specified in the program are the company's preferred accommodations. If the region or hotels become crowded, the hotel may be changed provided standards remain the same. Hotel names will be communicated upon request 48 hours before departure, subject to availability.
• Allowed: Rooms at the hotels are assigned by the hotel. Room selection is not possible.
• Allowed: Rest stops may be changed due to force majeure (e.g., congestion, renovation), as long as the location and service standards remain the same.
• Allowed: The guide may change the program schedule (order of visits within a day or between days) due to weather, traffic, or crowding at attractions if deemed necessary.
• Allowed: Our company is not responsible for failure to visit places listed in the program due to force majeure (weather, traffic, crowding, etc.) or if guests do not adhere to the guide's schedule. In such cases, guests have no right to claim a refund.
• Not Allowed: A tiered pricing system applies to all tours. As the number of bookings increases or the departure date approaches, tour prices may gradually increase. Turlago reserves the right to increase prices. Price cannot be fixed without an advance payment.
• Not Allowed: No specific seat number can be promised or guaranteed during booking. Notes entered during reservation are not guaranteed. Selection of special seats, such as front or back rows, is not available.
• Not Allowed: Seating arrangement in the vehicle is determined by the Operations Unit based on the order of reservations. No refunds are possible for objections to seat placement. All seats on our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Allowed: Extra tours such as night tours included in the tour program are carried out depending on the number of people and the availability of current personnel. Extra tours along the route will be conducted even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not participate in extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not join extra tours are considered to have accepted waiting at the rest stop.
• Not Allowed: If an extra tour is canceled for any reason, the guest shall have no claim for any rights. The company has no responsibility in this case.
• Allowed: Extra tour prices may vary by period. In such a case, the date of the tour's departure, not the date of purchase, shall be considered. The extra tour price applicable during the tour period is valid. The guest acknowledges this by purchasing the tour.
• Not Allowed: The company is not responsible for material damages that may be caused by the guest in all services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, food and beverage areas, and suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim material damages caused by the guest.
• Allowed: In cases where children under 18, who are considered minors, do not participate with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to carry the required consent form during the trip.
• Allowed: Our guests participating in the tour must carry reports regarding their health issues, pregnancy status, and medications they regularly use.
• Allowed: At the times designated for departure points, delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, etc.
• Allowed: The estimated arrival times at the end of the tour are approximate, and our company is not responsible for delays due to force majeure.
• Allowed: Our guests will be dropped off at the opposite side of the stops where we picked them up at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on exiting at a different point from the vehicle staff.
• Allowed: As per traffic law, all guests in the vehicle must wear seat belts during the entire journey; otherwise, our company is not responsible.
• Allowed: The responsibility for all personal belongings inside the vehicle belongs to the guest at rest stops and other places.
• Allowed: Since the tour begins before hotel check-in on the first day, please prepare your necessary items separately to keep with you.
• Allowed: Due to the intensity of the program during the tour, it is not always possible to find ATMs, exchange offices, etc., so it is advisable to be prepared.
• Allowed: Within the programs, long distances may be covered. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide on the vehicle.
• Allowed: Lunch menus are created with local economical options. During lunch and dinner, tables are assigned to groups based on regional density.
• Allowed: The starting and ending route of our tours is determined based on regional density. Guests can learn the finalized route start and end by contacting us 2 days before the tour starts, if they wish.
• Not Allowed: If the agency cancels the tour due to insufficient participants, the guest will be informed and, depending on their preference, the tour can be rescheduled to a later date or cancelled. Alternatively, the guest can be ticketed to the nearest departure point to join the tour. In such a case, the agency is obliged to inform the guest three (3) days in advance via phone, SMS, or email. In this situation, the guest has no right to claim compensation.
• Allowed: Cancellations or changes made without cause up to 30 days before the service start date are fully refunded. Cancellations or changes made between 29 and 15 days before the tour date incur a 30% deduction of the reservation amount. Cancellations or changes made between 15 and 7 days before incur a 50% deduction. Cancellations or changes made 7 days or less before incur a 100% deduction.
