Tour Rules

  • Allowed: Important Notes: The tour duration is 1 night 2 days including departure and return days, with 1 night hotel stay.
  • Allowed: In our tour, guiding, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing are packaged together and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guiding, sightseeing, etc. rights are non-refundable.
  • Allowed: Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for only one child accompanying two adults. For children aged 0-6, a separate bed may not be provided for hotel stays.
  • Allowed: In triple rooms at hotels, the third guest is usually accommodated on an extra bed.
  • Allowed: The hotels specified in the program are Turlago's primary accommodation facilities. Depending on density in the region and hotels, changes may be made provided that hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be announced upon request 48 hours before the tour departure, based on availability.
  • Allowed: Rooms in the hotels are determined by the hotel. There is no choice among rooms.
  • Allowed: Our rest stops may be changed due to force majeure reasons such as density, renovation, etc., provided that the location and service standards remain the same.
  • Allowed: The order of visits (within the day or between days) may be changed by the guide due to weather conditions, road conditions, crowd levels at sites, or other factors.
  • Allowed: Turlago is not liable for any sites listed in the program that cannot be visited due to force majeure (weather, traffic, site density, etc.) or if guests fail to follow the guide’s timing. In such cases, guests waive their right to claim compensation.
  • Allowed: A tiered pricing system applies to all our tours. As the number of bookings in a package increases or the tour date approaches, tour prices may gradually increase. Turlago reserves the right to increase prices. Therefore, price cannot be locked without a prepayment.
  • Allowed: Seat numbers are never promised or guaranteed during reservation. Notes entered on a reservation are not binding. Specific seat selection (e.g., front or back row) is not available.
  • Allowed: Seating arrangements in the vehicle are determined by Turlago Operations according to booking order. In case of objections to seat assignments, refunds are not possible. All seats on our vehicles meet the same standards.
  • Allowed: Extra tours, such as night tours mentioned in the program, are contingent on participant numbers and current staff conditions. Extra tours along the route will proceed even if not all guests join. Guests not participating in extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Non-participating guests agree to wait at the stop point and thus are considered tour participants.
  • Allowed: If an extra tour is cancelled for any reason, guests have no right to claim compensation. Turlago bears no responsibility in such cases.
  • Allowed: Extra tour prices may vary by period. Taking effect date, not purchase date, applies. The extra tour price valid during the tour period will be charged. By purchasing the tour, the guest accepts this condition.
  • Allowed: Turlago is not responsible for any material damages caused by the guest in transport vehicles, hotels, dining areas, or any services provided by suppliers. Businesses reserve the right to claim damages from the guest.
  • Allowed: For minors under 18 who are not accompanied by one or both parents, a notarized letter of consent must be carried during the tour.
  • Allowed: Our guests joining the tour should carry documents about health issues, pregnancy conditions, or medications they are regularly taking.
  • Allowed: Departure points may experience delays due to traffic, accidents, or other factors causing schedule disruptions.
  • Allowed: The estimated arrival times at the end of the tour are approximate, and Turlago is not liable for delays due to force majeure.
  • Allowed: Guests will be dropped off at stops opposite to where we picked them up. Please do not insist to the vehicle staff to be dropped off at a different point.
  • Allowed: Pursuant to traffic regulations, all guests on the vehicle must wear seatbelts during the journey; otherwise, Turlago is not liable.
  • Allowed: The responsibility for all personal belongings left in the vehicle passes to the guest during breaks, etc.
  • Allowed: Since the tour starts on the first day before checking in to the hotel, please prepare your essential belongings separately ahead of time.
  • Allowed: Due to the tight program during the tour, finding ATMs, exchange offices, etc., is not always possible, so we recommend coming prepared.
  • Allowed: The itinerary may involve long journeys. Your tour guide will provide necessary information aboard the vehicle.
  • Allowed: Lunches consist of local and budget-friendly fixed menus. For lunch and dinner, tables are shared with other guests, divided based on regional capacity.
  • Allowed: The start and end points of our tours are determined by regional capacity. If desired, guests can find out the exact start and end route by contacting us 2 days before the tour begins.
  • Allowed: If the tour does not reach the minimum number of participants, the agency is obliged to inform the guest 3 days in advance by phone, SMS, or email. The guest can then choose to postpone to a later date, cancel, or receive a direct booking for the nearest alternative departure point. In such a case, no claims for compensation are accepted.
  • Allowed: For cancellations or changes made up to 30 days before the start of the service without reason, the full amount is refunded. For cancellations between 29 and 15 days, 30% of the reservation amount is charged; between 15 and 7 days, 50%; and for 7 days or less, 100%.
