Tour Rules

  • Allowed: Our participating guests must definitely have a valid Multi-Entry Schengen visa throughout the tour duration. (Green passport holders are exempt from visa.)
  • Allowed: For shopping and spending in all countries covered by the tour, carrying Euros is sufficient. In areas using local currency, the guide will assist with exchange.
  • Allowed: Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
  • Allowed: In our weekly tours, seat rotation (seat change) is applied daily; fixed seats or front seat guarantees are not provided. Changes are organized by the tour guide.
  • Allowed: When entering Turkey from abroad, at least 1 night accommodation is required to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).

  • Allowed: During the tour program, guides may make changes to the itinerary depending on weather and road conditions, provided that all places mentioned in the program are shown.
  • Allowed: The Travel Assurance Package can only be added during the tour purchase stage. It cannot be added later. It provides the guest with an unconditional, no-deduction cancellation right until 7 days before the travel date. If not used, there is no refund. If the cancellation insurance package is not purchased, guests have the right to cancel free of charge until 30 days before the tour. For cancellations less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; for 20 days or less, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports from authorized bodies in Turkey, work leave permissions, etc., submitted with a cancellation request from the participant are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services outside Turkey.
  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. TURLAGO will inform about the cancellation of the tour due to insufficient participation.
  • Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided without specifying the hotel name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by TURLAGO 2 days before the trip departure.
  • Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, TURLAGO will inform you 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated for the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed + one extra bed. Since extra beds consist of foldable beds and coach beds, the tour participant who is the third person and/or child reservations are deemed to have accepted the potential congestion and bed type in the rooms. Child discounts apply for a single child (who fits the age group) staying with 2 adults.
  • Allowed: The breakfasts included in the tour program at hotels are served according to the breakfast culture of the country, generally as continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for the group.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for a general introduction of the cities and last a maximum of 2-3 hours. They are conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary and do not include museum or archaeological site admissions. Panoramic tours, as well as other specified tours, may be cancelled due to closures, restrictions by local authorities, blocked roads due to events, or adverse weather conditions, and TURLAGO is not liable for such cancellations. Some tours may be conducted on foot or by public transportation where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
  • Allowed: During travel, waiting times at customs checkpoints may exceed standard limits. TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences resulting from these waiting periods.
  • Allowed: Extra tours are organized by our local TURLAGO service providers with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not met, the tours may not take place, and prices, content, and vehicles used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide based on the opening hours of museums and archaeological sites, as well as weather conditions.
  • Allowed: Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours during the trip are considered to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest stop before the extra tour and picked up from the same point after the tour ends.
  • Allowed: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants in air-inclusive tours are personal responsibilities. Passengers must complete these procedures either at the relevant airline counters at the airport before the flight or online via the airline's website.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is not responsible for passengers who fail to be present at the specified airport at the designated time for participation, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding but do not board the aircraft. For those who miss their flight, all expenses for new round-trip tickets and transfers to the tour region will be borne by the passengers themselves.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO serves as an intermediary between airlines and passengers and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. There is a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, and tour and flight times may change. TURLAGO is obliged to inform passengers of such changes as soon as possible. Passengers purchase the tour by accepting the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax or service fees.
