Although both countries are EU members, customs and passport controls are still in place, so we complete the formalities and continue toward the capital Ljubljana. Tour Rules

  • Allowed: Our participating guests must have a valid Multi-Entry Schengen visa for the duration of the tour. (Green passport holders are exempt from the visa requirement.)
  • Allowed: In order to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour, having Euros is sufficient. In areas where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
  • Allowed: Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
  • Allowed: In our weekly tours, a rotation (seat change) system is applied in daily seat planning, and no fixed seat or front seat guarantee is given. Seat changes are organized by the guide on board.
  • Allowed: When entering Turkey from abroad, at least 1 day of accommodation is required to bring items (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).

  • Allowed: The Travel Protection Package can only be added at the time of tour purchase. It cannot be added later. It grants the guest the right to cancel without penalty unconditionally up to 7 days before the travel date. If not used, there is no refund. If the cancellation protection package is not purchased, guests have the right to cancel for free up to 30 days before the tour date. If less than 30 days remain, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less, a 100% penalty applies. Hospital reports, workplace permits, and other documents provided by the participant from Turkish authorities for cancellation requests are unfortunately not accepted for the cancellation of hotels and services outside of Turkey.
  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be announced by TURLAGO.
  • Allowed: In cases where rooms in the tour itinerary are given with only category information without hotel names, and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by TURLAGO 2 days before the excursion departure.
  • Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by TURLAGO 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; the bed assigned to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed plus one extra bed. As the extra beds are made up of folding and roll-away beds, the third tour participant and/or children reservations are deemed to accept any congestion in the room and the type of bed. Child discounts apply for only one child (within the age group) staying with 2 adults.
  • Allowed: Among the services included in the tour itinerary, breakfasts taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and usually consist of a limited menu called continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for the group.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites. TURLAGO is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours if, on the scheduled day and time, including other tours specified in the program, local authorities do not allow visiting or entering, or if roads are closed due to any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted on foot or by public transport where possible, due to closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
  • Allowed: During travel, waiting times at customs gates crossed by road may exceed standards; TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for any negative situations arising from these waiting times.
  • Allowed: Extra tours are organized by our local service provider TURLAGO with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, tours cannot be conducted, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide depending on museums and archaeological sites being open/closed or weather conditions.
  • Allowed: Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours during the trip are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a rest stop before the extra tour begins and picked up from the drop-off point after the tour completes.
  • Allowed: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants of flight-included tours are personal procedures and must be carried out by the guest at the relevant airline counters at the airport or online via the airline's website before the flight.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is not responsible for the flight not being taken by individuals who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by TURLAGO for participation, or who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the plane even after completing check-in and boarding. All expenses for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area necessary for individuals who missed the flight to join the tour shall be borne by themselves.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. Scheduled and charter flights may have delay risk, or hours may change before the existing tour and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchased the tour accepting the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
