Allowed: Our participating guests must have a valid Multiple Entry Schengen visa throughout the tour. (Green passport holders are exempt from visa.)
Allowed: For shopping and spending in all countries on the tour program, carrying Euros is sufficient. The guide will assist with currency exchange in areas using local currency.
Allowed: Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers are recommended throughout the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
Allowed: In our weekly tours, seat rotation is applied daily; fixed seats and front row seats are not guaranteed. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide.
Allowed: To bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.) into Turkey from abroad, a minimum of 1 night accommodation is required.
Allowed: When entering Turkey from abroad, duty-free shopping limits: Cigarettes: 3 cartons; Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages containing more than 22% alcohol (excluding wine and champagne); Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages containing up to 22% alcohol (including wine and champagne); Perfume: 600 ml; Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items; Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg; Coffee: 1 kg; Tea: 1 kg
Allowed: During the tour program, guides may change the itinerary as long as they show all the specified locations, depending on weather and road conditions.
Allowed: Our guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 0% penalty applies; if 20 days or less, a 0% penalty applies. In case of cancellation by the participant, documents such as hospital reports obtained from official authorities in Turkey, workplace permission documents, etc., are unfortunately not accepted for the cancellation of hotel accommodations and services outside Turkey.
Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Turlago will notify about the cancellation due to insufficient participation.
Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided without specifying the hotel name, and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Turlago 2 days before the trip departure.
Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by Turlago 15 days before the tour departure date.
Allowed: Triple rooms are available depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed plus an extra bed. Since extra beds consist of fold-out beds and coach beds, tour participants declaring the third person and/or children bookings accept the possible crowding in the room and the bed type. Child discounts are valid only for one child (of the appropriate age group) accompanied by two adults.
Allowed: The breakfasts included in the tour program, provided at the hotel, are offered according to the breakfast culture of the country and generally as a continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee from a limited menu, and may be served in a separate room allocated for the group.
Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are max 2-3 hour tours, organized for general city introduction, done from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not the responsibility of Turlago if they cannot be conducted due to restrictions by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, or closed roads due to any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be done by public transport or on foot where possible due to closed roads, vehicle restrictions, or conditions.
Allowed: Waiting times at border gates crossed by road during travel may exceed standard durations. Turlago cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from these waiting times.
Allowed: Extra tours are organized by local service providers with a minimum of 20 participants. If the required number is not met, tours may not be possible, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing hours of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
Allowed: Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a rest facility before the extra tour starts and picked up from the same drop-off point after the tour is completed.
Allowed: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants of tour packages involving flights are personal procedures and must be carried out by the guest at the relevant airline counters at the airport or online via the airline’s website before the flight.
Allowed: Turlago is not responsible for the failure of individuals who do not arrive at the specified airport at the times notified by Turlago for participation in the tour, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or do not board the aircraft despite completing check-in and boarding procedures, to realize their flight. All costs related to new round-trip flight tickets and transfers to the destination necessary for those who miss the flight to join the tour shall be borne by them.
Allowed: Turlago acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and charter flights, or hours may change before the current tour and flight. Turlago is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the tour with the acceptance of the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and ground handling fees.
Allowed: All guests are deemed to have purchased the tour by accepting the terms specified in the Tour Rules.
Allowed: 1/a - The full amount of the booking fee must be paid to the Agency at the time of registration. In case the specified payments are not made within the aforementioned periods, the booking(s) will be canceled and a cancellation penalty of P (fifty percent) of the total booking fee will be invoiced to the consumer.
Allowed: 1/b - Consumer purchasing (making a reservation for) discounted services is obliged to pay the full amount at the time of reservation.
Allowed: 1/c - In early booking and campaign bookings, the full reservation fee must be paid at the time of reservation. The cancellation penalty is the same as Article I/A.
Allowed: 2 - Cancellation & Transfer. The agency, despite having taken all necessary care, may cancel or postpone the trip if there are obstacles to the start or continuation of the trip, such as insufficient confirmed reservations to reach the required number of passengers, the hotel going into oversold status, or the hotel not accepting the reservation for certain reasons, and/or adverse weather conditions, roadblocks, strikes, terrorism, fog, possibility of war, economic and administrative crises, unforeseeable technical issues, and all force majeure circumstances. In this case, the consumer has no right to compensation.
Allowed: 2/a- If the consumer requests cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the service, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Allowed: 2/b- If the consumer cancels the contract between 30 (thirty) and 15 (fifteen) days before the start of the service/accommodation, they agree and undertake to pay 35% (thirty-five percent) of the total reservation fee; if cancellation occurs between 15 (fifteen) and 7 (seven) days before, they agree to pay 50% (fifty percent) of the total reservation fee; and if cancelled less than 7 (seven) days before, they agree to pay the full amount to the agency. Date changes made by the consumer are considered cancellations.
Allowed: 2/c- If the consumer wishes to cancel the Early Booking Discounted Product purchased during a discount sales period for any reason, and has not taken out cancellation insurance, they agree and undertake to pay the full tour fee to otelegidelim.com.
Allowed: 2/d- An exception to the cancellation/transfer clauses is when the consumer or their first-degree relatives fall ill with a condition that prevents their usual occupation for at least 10 (ten) days, or suffer a death, provided that an official medical board report from a full-fledged state hospital is submitted in writing before the start of the service.
Allowed: 2/e- The consumer may transfer their reservation to a person of their choice up to 7 (seven) full days before the start of the service. The transferee is jointly liable with the transferor for the balance and all costs arising from the transfer. The consumer is obliged to submit all cancellation/transfer requests in writing to the agency before the start of the service.
