Daily Tour Program

1. Day 1
   Early in the morning, upon our arrival in Thessaloniki, we begin our panoramic city tour of Thessaloniki. First, we visit the Church of Agios Dimitrios, the largest church in Greece, followed by the house where the founder of the Republic of Turkey, the great leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, was born and lived. Tour Rules

• Not Allowed: Our guests must have a valid Multi-Entry Schengen visa for the entire duration of the tour (Green Passport holders are visa-exempt).
• Not Allowed: Carrying Euros is sufficient for shopping and expenses in all countries visited during the tour. The guide will help with currency exchange when local currency is required.
• Not Allowed: Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers are recommended. It's advisable to bring a light jacket or clothing for the evening.
• Not Allowed: During weekly tours, daily rotation is applied for seat allocation; fixed seats or front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide.
• Not Allowed: In order to bring items (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.) when entering Turkey from abroad, at least 1 day of accommodation is required.
• Not Allowed: When entering Turkey from abroad, the duty-free shopping limits are: Cigarettes: 3 cartons; Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages with more than 22% alcohol content (excluding wine and champagne); Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages with less than 22% alcohol content (including wine and champagne); Perfume: 600 ml; Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 pieces; Chocolate and Candies: 2 kg; Coffee: 1 kg; Tea: 1 kg.
• Not Allowed: Guides in the tour program may make changes to the itinerary, depending on weather and road conditions, provided that all locations specified in the program are shown.
• Allowed: Travel Assurance Package can only be added during the tour purchase process. It cannot be added later. It provides the guest with an unconditional, penalty-free cancellation right until 7 days before the travel date. If not used, it is non-refundable. If the cancellation assurance package is not purchased, guests have free cancellation right until 30 days before the tour date. For cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour date, a penalty of 30% applies; for less than 20 days, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports, work permits, etc. obtained from Turkish authorities, which are submitted by the participant with the cancellation request, are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services outside Turkey.
• Not Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. In case sufficient participation is not achieved, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be announced by TURLAGO.
• Not Allowed: In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying a name and/or has options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by TURLAGO 2 days before the tour departure.
• Not Allowed: During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km's. In such a case, information will be provided by TURLAGO 15 days before the tour departure date.
• Not Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated for the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms usually consist of one large bed plus an extra bed. Since extra beds are either foldaway or sofa beds, tour participants booking for a third person and/or a child are deemed to accept the potential tightness in the room and the type of bed. Child discounts apply only for one child (of appropriate age group) staying with two adults.
• Not Allowed: The breakfast included in the tour program and taken at the hotel is provided according to the breakfast culture of the country, usually with a limited menu often called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups.
• Not Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general promotion of cities and are guided tours from the vehicle lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, excluding museum and archaeological site admissions. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted. TURLAGO is not responsible if tours cannot be conducted due to closures by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, events causing road closures, or adverse weather conditions.
• Not Allowed: During travel, waiting times at customs gates on highways may exceed standards, and TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from these waiting times.
• Not Allowed: Extra tours are organized by our local TURLAGO service providers with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, tours may not be conducted, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites in the destinations and weather conditions.
• Not Allowed: Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours during the trip are deemed to accept waiting at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest stop before the extra tour starts and picked up from the same point after the tour ends.
• Not Allowed: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants on flight-inclusive tours are personal responsibilities, and guests must complete them at the respective airline counters at the airport or online via the airline's website prior to the flight.
• Not Allowed: TURLAGO is not responsible for individuals who are not at the specified airport at the designated time, fail to complete check-in and boarding on time, or complete these procedures but do not board the aircraft. The costs for new round-trip flight tickets and ground transfers required for those who miss their flight to rejoin the tour are borne by themselves.
• Not Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. Scheduled and charter flights may be subject to delay risks, and times may change before the tour and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to communicate these changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 years do not pay airport tax and service fees.
• Not Allowed: Vehicle types used in our tours are classified according to the number of participants as follows.
