  • Allowed: - Throughout the tour, carrying Euros is sufficient for shopping and spending in all countries visited. In areas using local currency, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
  • Allowed: - Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers are recommended. It is advisable to bring a light jacket or similar clothing for the evening.
  • Allowed: - In our weekly tours, a rotation (seat change) system is applied daily, and no fixed seat or front seat guarantee is provided. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide.
  • Allowed: - When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a minimum 1-night accommodation requirement to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).

  • Allowed: -Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are guided bus tours lasting at most 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities. These tours do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites. TURLAGO is not responsible for the cancellation of such tours if local authorities prohibit access due to events, closed roads, or weather conditions on the scheduled day and time. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
  • Allowed: -Delays at customs checkpoints during road travel may exceed standard waiting times. TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from these delays.
  • Allowed: -Optional tours are organized by our local agency TURLAGO with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not met, the tours will not take place, or the prices, content, and vehicles used may vary depending on the number of participants. Moreover, the days and times of the tours, as well as the visiting schedule of museums and archaeological sites, may be changed by the guide based on their open/closed status or weather conditions.
  • Allowed: -Optional tours are at the participant's discretion and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest stop along the route. They will be dropped off at the rest stop before the optional tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour concludes.
  • Allowed: -For participants in fly-in tours, check-in and boarding procedures are personal responsibilities that must be completed by the guest at the airport check-in counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website before the flight.
  • Allowed: -TURLAGO is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the designated airport at the specified times, who fail to complete check-in and boarding on time, or who, despite completing these procedures, do not board the aircraft. The cost of new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour is their own responsibility.
  • Allowed: -TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Scheduled and charter flights may be subject to delays, and times may change before the tour or flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and service fees.
