  • Allowed: - To shop and spend during the tour in all included countries, having Euro is sufficient. In areas using local currency, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
  • Allowed: - Comfortable walking or athletic shoes should be preferred throughout the tour. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar garment for the evening.
  • Allowed: - On weekly tours, seat rotation is applied daily. No fixed seats or front seat guarantees are given. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide.
  • Allowed: - When entering Turkey from abroad, to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.), a minimum stay of 1 day is required.

Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one extra bed. Extra beds are foldable or coach beds. Thus, the third person and/or child reservation holder is deemed to accept any tightness in the room and the bed type. Child discounts apply only to one child (in the appropriate age group) staying with two adults.

TURLAGO is not responsible for the cancellation of such tours, including other tours mentioned in the itinerary, if they clash with days or times when local authorities forbid visits or access, due to closed roads caused by any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible to carry out. Some tours may be conducted on foot or by public transport where roads are closed or vehicle access is prohibited, as feasible.
  • Allowed: Waiting times at customs checkpoints during land border crossings may exceed standard limits, and TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from such delays.
  • Allowed: Optional tours are organized by the local TURLAGO from which we receive services, subject to a minimum of 20 participants. If sufficient numbers are not met, tours may not take place, or the price, content, and vehicle used for the extra tour may vary depending on the number of participants. Furthermore, the days and times of tours, as well as whether museums and archaeological sites in the destinations are open or closed, may be changed by the guide depending on weather conditions.
  • Allowed: Optional tours are based on the participant's request and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the optional tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest facility before the optional tour starts and will be picked up from the same point upon completion of the tour.
  • Allowed: Check-in and boarding procedures required for individuals participating in tour packages that include flights are personal transactions, and the guest must carry them out before the flight at the respective airline counters at the airport or online via the airline's website.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is not responsible for individuals who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated for joining the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding in a timely manner, or who complete check-in and boarding but fail to board the aircraft, resulting in their inability to take the flight. The new round-trip flight tickets required for those who miss their flight to join the tour and all expenses arising from their transfer in the destination region shall be borne by them.
  • Allowed: - TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Scheduled and charter flights may be subject to delays or changes in departure times. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of time changes at the time of purchase. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax or service fees.
