Tour Rules
- Allowed: The tour duration is 1 night and 2 days including departure and return day, with 1 night hotel accommodation.
- Not Allowed: Our tour includes guidance, transportation, accommodation, and local excursions as a package and cannot be separated. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, local excursions, etc. are non-refundable.
- Allowed: Child discounts in tour packages apply for one child accompanied by 2 adults. Children aged 0-6 may not be provided a separate bed in hotel accommodation.
- Allowed: In triple hotel rooms, our third guest usually stays on an extra bed.
- Allowed: The hotels specified in the program are Turlago's preferred accommodation facilities. Changes may be made to the region and hotels of stay depending on density, provided that the hotel standards remain the same. Hotel names will be communicated upon request 48 hours prior to departure, subject to availability.
- Not Allowed: Rooms in the hotels are assigned by the hotel. Room selection is not possible.
- Allowed: Our rest stops may be changed due to force majeure reasons such as density, renovations, etc., provided that their location and service standards remain the same.
- Allowed: The schedule (order of sites visited within a day or across days) may be changed at the guide's discretion if deemed necessary due to weather, road conditions, density at visiting sites, etc.
- Not Allowed: Turlago is not responsible for places not visited as per the program due to force majeure (weather, road, density at sites, etc.) or if guests fail to comply with the guide's timings during the tour. In such cases, the guest is not entitled to any claims.
- Not Allowed: A tiered pricing system is applied to all our tours. As the number of reservations in the package tour increases and the date approaches, tour prices may gradually increase. Turlago reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, price cannot be locked without a prepayment.
- Not Allowed: Seat numbers cannot be promised or guaranteed during reservation. Notes entered during reservation are not guaranteed. Special seat selection such as front or back row is not available.
- Not Allowed: The seating arrangement in the vehicle is determined by the Operations Unit based on reservation order. Refunds are not possible in case of objections regarding seat allocation. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
- Allowed: Extra tours such as night tours included in the program are conducted depending on the number of participants and available personnel conditions. Extra tours on the route will be carried out even if not all guests participate. Guests not joining extra tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in extra tours are considered to have accepted waiting at the rest stop.
- Not Allowed: If an extra tour does not take place for any reason, the guest is not entitled to any claims. Turlago has no responsibility in this case.
- Allowed: Extra tour prices may vary by period. In such a case, the date of the tour's departure is considered, not the date of purchase. The extra tour price valid during the tour period applies. The guest accepts this by purchasing the tour.
- Not Allowed: Turlago is not responsible for any material damages that may occur to the guest in all services provided by transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, and suppliers. The establishments have the right to demand compensation for material damages caused by the guest.
- Allowed: If minors under 18, who are not considered adults, do not travel with one or both parents, a notarized parental consent letter is mandatory and must be carried during the trip.
- Allowed: Our guests participating in the tour must carry reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications they use regularly.
- Allowed: Delays may occur at designated departure points due to traffic, accidents, etc.
- Not Allowed: Estimated arrival times at the end of the tour are approximate; Turlago is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.
- Allowed: Guests will be dropped off at the opposite side of the stops where they were picked up at the end of the tour. Please do not insist on getting off at a different point.
- Not Allowed: By traffic law, all guests on board must wear seat belts throughout the journey; otherwise, Turlago holds no responsibility.
- Allowed: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at stops and other locations.
- Allowed: As the tour starts without checking into the hotel on the first day, please prepare your personal belongings separately in a small bag.
- Allowed: Due to the heavy program, it may not always be possible to find ATMs or exchange offices; it is recommended to come prepared.
- Allowed: Long distances may be covered within the planned itineraries. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide on the bus.
- Allowed: Lunches consist of local economical menus. During lunch and dinner, tables may be arranged in groups based on regional density.
- Allowed: The start and end route of our tours is determined according to regional density. Guests can learn the exact pickup and drop-off points by contacting us 2 days before the tour.
- Not Allowed: If the tour does not reach the minimum number of participants, the agency will inform guests, and the tour can be postponed to a later date or canceled upon guest request. Alternatively, the guest may be rebooked to the nearest departure point to join the tour. In such a case, the agency must notify the guest 3 days in advance via phone, SMS, or email. The guest cannot claim any refund or compensation.
- Allowed: Cancellations or changes made up to 30 days before the start of the service without providing a reason will result in a full refund. For cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the tour, 30% of the reservation fee will be deducted; between 15-7 days, 50% will be deducted; for cancellations within 7 days or less, 100% of the reservation fee will be deducted.
