Tour Rules

• Allowed: Visa-free travel to Egypt is available for citizens of the Republic of Turkey, valid only for the South Sinai region (Sharm El Sheikh, Taba, Dahab, Nuweiba, St. Catherine cities).
• Allowed: Visa on arrival is available for other cities in Egypt (25 Euro).
• Allowed: General terms and conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently.
• Allowed: If insufficient participation is achieved, Turlago reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, cancellation notification is provided to the guest. The full tour fee will be refunded. For refunds of additional services purchased separately, Turlago will also refund any domestic connecting flight booked through Turlago; however, services such as visa or travel health insurance that have already been used (e.g., visa application made on behalf of the guest) cannot be refunded. If the guest purchased a domestic connecting flight separately from another provider, no refund will be made by Turlago. The guest accepts any material and moral losses arising from the cancellation when purchasing the tour, and Turlago cannot be held responsible.
• Allowed: If minimum participation is not met, Turlago may, as a gesture of goodwill, choose not to cancel the tour. In this case, the tour will be operated on an individual basis, and the included guide service will be limited to international transfer (arrival and departure).
• Allowed: For cancellations made up to 30 days before the tour departure date, Turlago, upon written notice, will refund the full package tour fee except for a 10% deduction. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before departure, a penalty of 50% of the tour fee applies; if less than 15 days, the penalty is the full tour fee. For additional services such as domestic flights, visa, and travel health insurance, cancellation and refund conditions may vary according to the cancellation period, and prior inquiry is required. Turlago cannot provide any commitment regarding refunds for additional services.
• Allowed: Optional tours are organized with a minimum of 20 participants. If the minimum number is not met, tours may be canceled, or tour prices and content may change. Additionally, tour days and times may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and archaeological sites at the destinations are open or closed, as well as weather conditions. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.
• Allowed: Vehicles allocated for optional tours are reserved for the exclusive use of guests who have purchased these tours.
• Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for a general introduction of the cities, featuring a guide's commentary from inside the vehicle, and do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites. Turlago is not responsible if panoramic tours, including other tours mentioned in the program, cannot be conducted due to roads being closed or restricted by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, or due to weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not allowed, where possible.
• Allowed: Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or extra tours based on the number of participants, whether museums and archaeological sites are closed, while adhering to our tour itinerary. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight times.
• Allowed: Optional tours are at the participant's discretion and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the optional tours offered during the trip are deemed to accept waiting at a convenient rest stop along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at a rest stop before the optional tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour ends. Any personal expenses incurred while waiting are their own responsibility.
• Allowed: Turlago acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger; in the event of disputes, relevant provisions of Turkish law, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, shall apply.
• Allowed: Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. Turlago is obligated to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of flight time changes/cancellations.
• Allowed: Children aged 0-2 pay only the airport tax fee.
• Allowed: According to airline regulations, if a round-trip ticket's outbound flight is not used, the return flight may be canceled by the airline.
• Allowed: Check-in and boarding procedures required for participants of tours with flights are personal matters and must be completed by the guest at the relevant airline counters at the airport or online via the airline's website before the flight.
• Allowed: Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are announced via audio announcements at airports and displayed on information boards. These details must be monitored by guests personally.
• Allowed: Turlago is not responsible for guests who fail to arrive at the specified airport at the notified times per airline rules, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or do not board the aircraft despite completing procedures, resulting in inability to take the flight. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers to the tour destination, etc., for guests who miss the flight shall be borne by them.
• Allowed: Generally, luggage weight for outbound Turkish flights is 20 kg. This weight may vary by airline and destination country. If there are domestic flights at the destination, luggage weight may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not Turlago's responsibility.
• Allowed: For guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles (to business or first class), upgrades can be processed after ticket issuance, subject to availability with the airline (check the airline where your membership is). No mile guarantee is given for each flight. Check whether the program tickets are from an upgradable class.
• Allowed: In some airlines, food/beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges.
• Allowed: Turlago will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the guest directly contacting the hotel. In such case, Turlago's cancellation conditions will apply.
• Allowed: In tour programs where hotel(s) are specified only by category name, and/or offered as options for the same destination, the guest shall be informed by Turlago 48 hours before the trip departure.
• Allowed: During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified locations or kilometers. In such case, Turlago will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
• Allowed: During registration for the purchased tour, the guest must enter/declare their name as on passport, date of birth, and passport number correctly into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty costs for flight ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be passed on to the guests.
• Allowed: To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, check with your mobile service provider whether your phone is enabled for international use and whether your line is open.
• Allowed: Hotel check-in time for accommodation is 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00.
• Allowed: Turlago communicates room requests (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. Efforts are made to allocate rooms according to guest preferences based on hotel availability, but these requests depend on availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Turlago.
• Allowed: Breakfast served at hotels may differ from the traditional rich Turkish breakfast. It is usually a continental breakfast with limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate area designated for groups.
• Allowed: In some cases, instead of a twin room, a double bed may be provided. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be pushed together if needed.
