Daily Tour Program

    After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional "Sacred Monkey Forest and Temples Tour" with lunch (USD 95 per person). We set off towards the Sacred Monkey Forest, an icon of Ubud. In this mystical forest, home to hundreds of friendly monkeys, we learn about the temples and sacred trees with our guide. Tour Rules

  • Allowed: This tour is organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, final cancellation date is 20 days before the tour. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be communicated through your agency.
  • Allowed: If the tour program only provides category information without hotel names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified distances. In such cases, your agency will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to availability and the bed allocated for the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one extra bed. Since extra beds are rollaway or coach beds, the tour participant accepts potential crowding and bed type for third person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply for one child (of appropriate age group) staying with two adults.
  • Allowed: Included hotel breakfasts are served according to the local breakfast culture, with a limited menu typically consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee (known as continental breakfast), and may be served in a separate dining area for groups.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are limited to a maximum of 2-3 hours, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary and do not include museum or archaeological site entry fees. Panoramic tours are not the responsibility of TURLAGO if, on the scheduled day and time, including other tours specified in the program, they cannot be carried out due to closures imposed by local authorities, entry prohibitions, road closures due to events, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible to operate. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is prohibited.
  • Allowed: Since only category information is provided and/or there is alternative information for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s) where you will be accommodated 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: The participant agrees in advance to participate in the scheduled tours as per the program, not to disrupt the program, and to pay the amount prenotified in the tour program separately to the tour representative during travel for expenses such as museum and archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and earphone audio system (if any). The participant is fully and completely informed regarding this matter.
  • Allowed: Cancellation and changes cannot be made by the guest for our promotional and early booking campaigns.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and charter flights, or hours may change before the tour and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to inform these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax or airport service fees.
