  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum of 30 participants. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
  • Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided without specific hotel names, the hotel(s) will be communicated by your agency 48 hours prior to the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than specified. In such cases, your agency will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated for the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed plus an extra bed. As extra beds are folding or rollaway beds, the third participant and/or children are deemed to accept any potential crowding and bed type. Child discounts apply only for one child (of eligible age) staying with two adults.
  • Allowed: Breakfasts included in the hotel services are served according to the breakfast culture of the country, typically as a continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate dining area allocated for the group.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general city introductions, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting no more than 2-3 hours, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, as well as other tours specified in the itinerary, are not the responsibility of TURLAGO if they cannot be carried out due to closures or restrictions by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, or due to closed roads caused by any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible.
