Tour Rules

• Allowed: Hotel check-in time is 15:00, check-out time is 12:00.
• Allowed: The days and hours of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on the museum and archaeological site opening/closing hours and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Allowed: Visa applications must be made at least 10 business days before the tour departure. (Saturday and Sunday are holidays in the UAE and not counted as business days). There is no refund for visa application fees once the application has been submitted. The UAE visa application fee included in the tour program is 100 Euros.
• Allowed: Since the domestic flight will be booked independently on a private charter, Turlago cannot be held responsible for any possible changes.
• Allowed: If your tour is operated with a private charter, we kindly ask you to confirm your private charter flight details 48 hours prior to the travel date.
• Allowed: We recommend that our passengers holding individual domestic flight tickets book their tickets with change flexibility, anticipating possible rescheduling.
• Allowed: General Terms & Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour itinerary.
• Allowed: If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Turlago may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest, and the full tour fee will be refunded. For refunds of additional services purchased outside the tour: if the domestic connecting flight was purchased from Turlago, it will also be refunded; if visa services and travel health insurance have been used for a visa application on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded as they have already been utilized. If no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance will be canceled and refunded. If the guest purchased the domestic connecting flight from a different provider independent of Turlago, they cannot request any refund from Turlago in the event of tour cancellation. By purchasing the tour, the guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses arising from the cancellation, and Turlago cannot be held responsible.
• Allowed: If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Turlago reserves the right not to cancel the tour as a goodwill gesture. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guiding service will cover only the international departure-return transfer.
• Allowed: For cancellations made at least 30 days before the tour departure date, provided that Turlago is notified in writing, the full amount minus 10% of the package tour fee will be refunded without deduction. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the start date, a penalty of 50% of the tour fee applies; if less than 15 days remain, the full tour fee is charged as a penalty. In case of a cancellation request, refund terms for additional services such as domestic connecting flights, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the time of cancellation, so advance inquiry is required. Turlago cannot make any commitment regarding the refund of additional services.
• Allowed: The optional tours and excursions mentioned in the program are organized by our local agent with a minimum participation of 10 people. If the minimum number is not reached, these excursions may be offered with English-speaking guiding service. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide depending on museum and archaeological site opening/closing hours and weather conditions. During these tours, guests may be accompanied by a different guide.
• Allowed: Things to consider on our Desert Safari tour: wear sporty and comfortable clothes, bring a sweater. Avoid heavy meals and excessive water intake before the tour. Guests with stomach, lower back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
• Allowed: Turlago acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger. In the event of any dispute, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, shall apply.
• Allowed: Delays or changes in flight times may occur on scheduled and charter flights. Turlago is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of changes or cancellations to flight times.
• Allowed: Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
• Allowed: In accordance with airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip airline ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
• Allowed: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants in air-inclusive tours are personal responsibilities, and guests must complete these procedures at the airport's relevant airline counters or online via the airline's website before departure.
• Allowed: Last-minute delays and gate changes on flights are announced via audio announcements at airports and displayed on information boards. Guests must personally follow this information.
• Allowed: Turlago is not responsible for the inability of guests to depart if they are not present at the specified airport at the advised times according to airline rules for tour participation, fail to complete check-in and boarding on time, or complete check-in and boarding but fail to board the aircraft. All expenses incurred for securing new round-trip airline tickets and transfers to the destination area, etc., for guests who miss their flight are their own responsibility.
• Allowed: The general luggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If the destination includes domestic flights, the luggage allowance may drop to 15 kg on those flights. Excess baggage weight/fee rules are determined by the airline and are not Turlago's responsibility.
• Allowed: For guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets using miles (to business or first class): after tickets are issued, upgrade procedures can be carried out subject to availability by the airline (check the airline where you have membership). Mile redemption is not guaranteed for every flight. Please check if program tickets are issued in an upgradable fare class.
• Allowed: In some airlines, meal and beverage services and online check-in may be subject to extra charges.
• Allowed: Turlago will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the guest directly by contacting the hotel. In such cases, Turlago’s cancellation policy will apply.
• Allowed: When the tour program lists hotel(s) by category only, without naming the specific hotel, or when multiple options are offered for the same destination, Turlago will inform the guest 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Allowed: During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at a greater distance from the specified locations. In such cases, Turlago will provide information 15 days before the tour departure.
• Allowed: During registration for the purchased tour, the guest must correctly enter/declare the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalties for cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to the guest.
• Allowed: To use your mobile phones abroad, please check with your operator whether your phone is enabled for international roaming before leaving Turkey.
• Allowed: Hotel check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00 for accommodation.
• Allowed: Room preferences (high floor, close to public areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated by Turlago to the hotel. Although efforts are made to accommodate guest preferences based on hotel availability, requests cannot be guaranteed by Turlago and depend on availability at check-in.
• Allowed: The breakfast provided at hotels may differ from the traditional rich Turkish breakfast. It is generally offered as a continental breakfast with limited options such as butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for groups.
