1. Day 1
   We arrive at Sharjah Airport at 03:40 local time. We then drive to Dubai for a Dubai landmarks city tour. Tour Rules

• Allowed: General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and must be considered as such.
• Allowed: If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, turlago may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, cancellation information is communicated to the guest. The full tour price is refunded to the guest. For refunds of additional services purchased outside the tour, any domestic connecting flight booked through turlago is also refunded; however, visa service and travel health insurance, if already used to apply for a visa on the guest's behalf, are not refundable as these services have been utilized. If no visa application was made, the visa and travel health insurance are canceled and refunded. If the guest purchased the domestic connecting flight independently from a third-party provider, no refund can be claimed from turlago in the event of tour cancellation. The guest accepts in advance any financial and non-pecuniary losses arising from the tour cancellation, and turlago cannot be held responsible.
• Allowed: If there is insufficient participation for the trip, turlago reserves the right, in good faith, not to cancel the tour. In this case, as the tour would be provided individually for the guest, the guidance service included in the package covers only the international airport transfer.
• Allowed: In case of cancellation by notifying turlago in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, the full package tour fee minus 10% will be refunded without deduction. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the departure date, a penalty of 50% of the tour fee applies; if less than 15 days before the departure date, the penalty is 100% of the tour fee. For additional services such as domestic connections, visa services, travel health insurance, the cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the time of cancellation, so prior inquiry is required. turlago cannot provide any commitment regarding refunds for additional services.
• Allowed: The optional tours and excursions specified in the program are organized by the local agency we work with, subject to a minimum participation of 10 people. If the minimum number is not met, the excursions may be offered with English-speaking guide service. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide depending on museum and archaeological site opening hours and weather conditions. Tours specified in the program may be accompanied by a different guide.
• Allowed: Points to consider during our Desert Safari tour: wear comfortable sportswear and bring a cardigan. Avoid heavy meals and excessive water intake before the tour. Guests with stomach, back, or neck issues, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guide of their condition.
• Allowed: Turlago is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger; in case of possible disputes, in addition to the relevant provisions of Turkish law, the Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention will be applied. 8. Delays or flight time changes may occur on scheduled and charter flights. Turlago is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the tour accepting the risk of flight time changes or cancellations.
• Allowed: Children aged 0-2 pay only the airport tax fee.
• Allowed: As per airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
• Allowed: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants of tours involving flights are personal procedures, and guests must perform these operations at the airport at the relevant airline counters or online via the airline's website before the flight.
• Allowed: Last-minute delays and gate changes for flights are announced via audio announcements at airports and displayed on information boards in the terminal. Guests are personally responsible for monitoring this information.
• Allowed: Turlago is not responsible for guests who fail to complete their flight due to not being present at the specified airport at the reported times as per airline rules, not completing check-in and boarding procedures on time, completing check-in and boarding but not boarding the aircraft, or being unable to board. All costs incurred for providing new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area for guests who miss the flight are their own responsibility.
• Allowed: For most flights departing from Turkey, the luggage allowance is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the luggage allowance on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Turlago.
• Allowed: For guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles (to business or first class): after tickets are issued, upgrade processes can be carried out depending on the availability of the airline (please check the airline where your membership is located). Mileage guarantee is not provided for every flight. Please check if the program tickets are from an upgradable class.
• Allowed: On some airlines, food, beverage, and online check-in services may be subject to an additional fee.
• Allowed: Turlago will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made by the guest by contacting the hotel directly. In this case, Turlago's cancellation conditions will apply.
• Allowed: During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a greater distance than the specified locations or kilometers. In such a case, Turlago will provide information 15 days before the tour's departure date.
• Allowed: During registration for the purchased tour, the guest must correctly enter/declare the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. The penalty fee for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
• Allowed: To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, check with your mobile operator whether your phone is unlocked for international use.
• Allowed: Hotel check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
• Allowed: Room requests (high floor, proximity to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by Turlago. Efforts are made to ensure that reserved rooms align with guest preferences based on hotel availability. Fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Turlago.
• Allowed: The breakfast provided at hotels differs from the rich traditional Turkish breakfast. It is typically a continental breakfast with limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate dining area designated for groups.
• Allowed: In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of twin beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be pushed together when needed.
• Allowed: Child and extra bed policies may vary by hotel and room type.
• Allowed: Any additional beds and baby cots are provided upon request, subject to hotel availability, and must be confirmed by the hotel.
• Allowed: The maximum capacity for an extra bed or baby cot in the room is one.
• Allowed: Triple rooms include an extra bed, which is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one extra bed. Extra beds are folding or coach beds. By booking a triple room or a reservation with children, guests accept the reduced space and bed type resulting from adding an extra bed to a standard room.
• Allowed: If the number of children staying with adults and their ages are incorrectly stated in the hotel reservation, the hotel may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who provided incorrect information. The hotel may request identification to verify children's ages.
• Allowed: For reservations with 2 adults and 1 child, a separate bed may not be available for the child. Child prices are only valid when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to a single child who fits the age group and stays with two adults.
• Allowed: Daily exchange rate fluctuations are reflected in TL prices. The rates at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and some extra services at the hotel (e.g., minibar, ironing) are subject to additional charges by the hotel.
