   After breakfast at the hotel, your day is free. Our guests who wish can join the optional full-day tour to Esztergom – Visegrád – Szentendre, including lunch (75 Euro). Tour Rules

• Allowed: Our participating guests are required to have a valid Schengen visa for the entire duration of the tour (Green passport holders are exempt from visa).
• Allowed: For shopping and spending in all countries included in the program, carrying Euros is sufficient. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
• Allowed: Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers are recommended during the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
• Allowed: In our weekly tours, a rotation (seat change) system is applied daily, and no fixed seat or front seat guarantee is given. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide.
• Allowed: When entering Turkey from abroad, a minimum 1-night stay is required to bring items (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).

• Allowed: Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour. If less than 30 days remain before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies. If 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports or work permits from Turkish authorities provided with the cancellation request by the participant are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services outside of Turkey.
• Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. If the tour is canceled due to insufficient participation, TURLAGO will notify you.
• Allowed: In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying the hotel name and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by TURLAGO 2 days before the tour departure.
• Allowed: During trade fairs, conventions, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such a case, TURLAGO will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
• Allowed: Triple rooms are available based on hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed allocated for the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one extra bed. Since extra beds are made of folding and sofa beds, the tour participant is deemed to have accepted the potential congestion in the room and the bed type when booking for a third person and/or child. Child discounts apply only to one child (meeting the age group) staying with two adults.
• Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program and served at the hotel are provided in line with the breakfast culture of the country, typically as a continental breakfast consisting of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate dining area allocated for the group.
• Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general city introduction with guide commentary from the vehicle and do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites. TURLAGO is not responsible for the inability to conduct panoramic tours or other tours specified in the program if they cannot be realized on the scheduled day and time due to restrictions by local authorities, closed roads due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is prohibited, subject to feasibility.
• Allowed: Waiting times at customs gates during road travel may exceed standard durations, and TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from such waiting times.
• Allowed: Optional tours are organized by our local service provider with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, the tours cannot be held, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for the extra tour may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites to be visited and weather conditions.
• Allowed: Optional tours are at the participant's discretion and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the optional tours during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest stop before the optional tour starts and picked up from the drop-off point after the tour is completed.
• Allowed: Check-in and boarding procedures for individuals participating in air-inclusive tours are personal procedures and must be completed by the guest at the relevant airline counters at the airport or online through the airline's website prior to the flight.
• Allowed: TURLAGO is not responsible for individuals who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified by TURLAGO for tour participation, who do not check-in and board on time, or who check-in and board but fail to board the aircraft. The cost of new round-trip flight tickets and all related transfer expenses in the destination required for those who miss the flight to join the tour are their own responsibility.
• Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled or chartered flights, or departure times may change before the tour or flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of time changes when purchasing the tour. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and service fees.
