Daily Tour Program

    We arrive in Kavala early in the morning and take a breakfast break.     After breakfast at the hotel, you can join the optional Paralia – Katerini Beach and Entertainment Tour (20 Euro). Those not joining can spend time at the hotel. In Paralia, one of Greece's important holiday regions, you can enjoy the sea all day, taste seafood in tavernas, or stroll through the city center to buy gifts. Tour Rules

  • Allowed: Our guests must have a valid Multi-Entry Schengen visa for the duration of the tour. (Green passport holders are exempt from visa.)
  • Allowed: To make purchases and spend in all countries on the tour, having Euros is sufficient. The guide will assist in currency exchange where local currency is used.
  • Allowed: Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers are recommended during the trip. It is also advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evenings.
  • Allowed: In our weekly tours, seat rotation is applied daily, and fixed or front seats are not guaranteed. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide.
  • Allowed: To bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.) into Turkey from abroad, a minimum of 1 night stay is required.

  • Allowed: Guides may modify the program itinerary based on weather and road conditions, provided that all mentioned locations are shown.
  • Allowed: The Travel Insurance Package can only be added at the time of purchase; it cannot be added later. It grants the guest an unconditional cancellation right without penalty until 7 days before the travel date. There is no refund if not used. If the insurance package is not purchased, guests have free cancellation until 30 days before the tour. For cancellations between 29 and 20 days before the tour, a 30% penalty applies; for cancellations 19 days or fewer before the tour, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports or work permits obtained from Turkish authorities, which may be accepted for cancellations in Turkey, are unfortunately not recognized when canceling hotels and services outside Turkey.
  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. TURLAGO will announce any tour cancellation due to insufficient participation.
  • Allowed: In cases where the tour program specifies only a hotel category without naming the hotel, or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by TURLAGO 2 days before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During periods such as fairs, conferences, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than specified. In such case, TURLAGO will provide information 15 days before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. The bed assigned to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed plus one extra bed (e.g., pull-out or sofa bed). By booking a third person or child reservation, the participant accepts any crowding and the type of bed provided. Child discounts apply only for one child staying with two adults, within the appropriate age group.
  • Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country, typically as a continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee. These may be served in a separate restaurant area reserved for the group.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are max 2-3 hour tours conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary for general city introduction, without entrance to museums or archaeological sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, on the day and time they fall, if local authorities prohibit visiting or entry, or if closed roads due to any event prevent the tour, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible, TURLAGO is not responsible for the inability to conduct those tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
  • Allowed: During travel, waiting times at customs gates on highways may exceed normal standards; TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from such waiting times.
  • Allowed: Extra tours are organized by our local TURLAGO service provider with a minimum of 20 participants. If sufficient numbers are not met, tours cannot be conducted, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, tour days and times may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations, as well as weather conditions.
  • Allowed: Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours arranged during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest area along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a rest area before the extra tour starts and picked up from that point after the tour is completed.
  • Allowed: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants of tours including flights are personal matters and must be carried out by the guest at the relevant airline counters at the airport or online via the airline's website before the flight.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is not responsible if participants are not present at the specified airport at the times announced by TURLAGO for tour participation, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete check-in and boarding but fail to board the flight. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area required for such persons to join the tour shall be borne by them.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay for scheduled and charter flights, and times may change before the current tour and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
  • Allowed: The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified according to the number of passengers as follows. Based on the number of participants in each tour, the vehicle types listed below are assigned.
