  • Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program and served at hotels are provided according to the breakfast culture of the country and usually consist of a limited menu including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, referred to as continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate hall reserved for the group.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general city introduction and are panoramic tours made from the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, not including museum or archaeological site entrances. Panoramic tours, including other tours indicated in the program, if they cannot be conducted on the applicable day and time due to restrictions by local authorities, closed roads due to events, or impossibility due to weather conditions, TURLAGO is not responsible for the failure to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
  • Allowed: When only the category is given and/or alternative information exists for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s) where you will stay 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: To participate in the tours organized as per the program, not disrupt the program, and pay for expenses such as museum & archaeological site entrances, city taxes, and headphones/audio systems, the participant may pay the amount previously announced in the tour program to the tour representative during the trip. The participant has been informed prior to the tour.
  • Allowed: Cancellation and changes cannot be made by the guest in our promotional and early booking campaign tours.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary between the airline and passengers and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and charter flights, and timings may change before the current trip and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to report these changes as soon as possible.
  • Allowed: Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and service fees.
