    After breakfast, we head to Lake Garda. We visit Italy’s largest lake, Lake Garda, to relax and enjoy the magnificent scenery. We depart for Pompeii, an ancient city located at the foot of Mount Vesuvius, which was buried under ash during the eruption in 79 AD. Pompeii was a significant trade and cultural center during the Roman Empire, thriving with agriculture, commerce, and art.

Tour Rules

  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. In case of cancellation due to insufficient participation, you will be informed through your travel agency.
  • Allowed: Optional tours included in the tour program are organized on a participation basis. Transfer services are not provided between the hotel and city center for guests who do not participate in these tours. The capacity of transfer vehicles is planned solely based on the number of guests participating in the optional tours, and notifications are made accordingly, so this service is only available for optional tour participants.
  • Allowed: In cases where the tour program specifies only category information and/or provides options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your travel agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified. In such a case, you will be informed by your travel agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are allocated based on hotel availability, and the bed assigned for the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed plus an extra bed. Extra beds are composed of folding and sofa type beds; therefore, the tour participant accepts the potential crowding and bed type in triple room reservations for third persons and/or children. Child discounts apply only for one child fitting the age group, staying with two adults.
  • Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served according to the breakfast culture of the country, generally with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee (continental breakfast), and may be served in a separate room allocated for groups.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general city promotion, lasting 2-3 hours maximum, and are conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide commentary, without including entrance fees to museums or ancient sites. Panoramic tours, including other specified tours in the program, are subject to weather conditions and availability; if on the scheduled day and time, local authorities do not allow visitation or entry, or roads are closed due to any event, TURLAGO is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
  • Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided and/or there are alternative options for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s) where you will stay 48 hours before the tour departure from your travel agency.
  • Allowed: The participant may join the tours specified in the program, comply with the schedule, and pay the amount notified in advance in the tour program to the tour representative during the trip for expenses such as museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and audio guide system fees if any. The participant has been informed before the tour.
  • Allowed: Cancellation or changes cannot be made by the guest on our promotional and early booking campaign tours.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Scheduled and charter flights may be subject to delays or changes in the itinerary and flight times before departure. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and airport services fees.
