1. Day 1
   After breakfast, we head to Lake Garda. We visit Italy's largest lake, Lake Garda, to relax and enjoy the magnificent scenery. • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
• Allowed: Extra tours organized within the scope of the tour program are based on participation. No transfer service between the hotel and city center is provided for guests who do not participate in these tours. As the capacity of transfer vehicles is planned solely according to the number of guests joining the extra tours and necessary notifications are made accordingly, only extra tour participants can benefit from this service.
• Allowed: In cases where only categories are specified in the tour program without hotel names and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Allowed: During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than those stated. In such a case, information will be provided by your agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
• Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated for the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed + one extra bed. As extra beds are foldaway or coach beds, tour participants making reservations for a third person and/or children are deemed to accept potential room congestion and bed type. Child discounts apply to one child (meeting age requirements) staying with two adults.
• Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at hotels are served according to the breakfast culture of the country and generally offer a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, which is often called continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate designated room for groups.
• Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general city orientation, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are subject to local authorities' permissions on the day and time of the tour. If access or entry is not permitted due to any event or closed roads, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, TURLAGO is not responsible for the cancellation of such tours. Some tours may be conducted on foot or using public transportation where roads are closed or vehicle access is not allowed.
• Allowed: The provisions of rule 6 apply.
• Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided and/or there are alternative options for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s) you will stay at 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Allowed: The participant agrees to join the tours scheduled in the program, not to disrupt the program, and acknowledges that they have been fully informed that they will pay the amount notified in advance in the tour program to the tour officer during the tour for expenses such as museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and headset audio systems if any.
• Allowed: Cancellation and changes cannot be made by guests on our promotional and early booking campaign tours.
• Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary agency between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. On scheduled and charter flights, there may be a risk of delay or times may change before the scheduled trip and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and ground handling fees.
