Tour Rules

  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your travel agency.
  • Allowed: Extra tours organized within the tour program are based on participation. For guests not participating in these tours, no transfer service is provided between the hotel and city center. Since the capacity of transfer vehicles is planned only according to the number of participants in the extra tours and necessary notifications are made accordingly, only extra tour participants can benefit from this service.
  • Allowed: In cases where only the category information is provided without specifying the hotel name(s) in the tour program and/or where there are alternative options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your travel agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a greater distance than specified. In such cases, your agency will inform you 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are available based on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed plus one extra bed. Since extra beds are often rollaway or coach beds, the tour participant making the reservation for a third person and/or a child accepts the potential crowding and bed type in such rooms. Child discounts apply only to one child (within the appropriate age group) staying with two adults.
  • Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program served at the hotel are offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally consist of a limited menu of continental breakfast items such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee. These may be served in a separate dining area assigned to the group.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general city orientation and are conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary. They last a maximum of 2-3 hours and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites. Panoramic tours, as well as other tours specified in the program, are subject to road closures due to events or weather conditions that make the tour impossible. TURLAGO is not responsible if a tour cannot take place due to closures by local authorities or force majeure.   • Allowed: If only hotel category information is provided and/or there are alternative options for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s) you will be staying at 48 hours before the trip departure.
  • Allowed: The participant may participate in the scheduled tours stated in the program without disrupting the itinerary, and pay the predetermined amount announced in the program for expenses related to museum & archaeological site entry fees, city taxes, and audio systems (if any) to the tour representative during the trip. The participant has been informed in advance of the tour.
  • Allowed: Cancellations and changes cannot be made by guests for promotional and Early Booking campaign tours.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays in scheduled and chartered flights, and flight times may change prior to the trip. TURLAGO is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour acknowledging and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 are exempt from airport tax and airport service fees.
