Tour Rules

  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. If the tour is canceled due to insufficient participation, you will be informed through your agency.
  • Allowed: Extra tours organized within the tour program are conducted on a participation basis. Transfer services between hotel and city center are not provided for guests who do not participate in these tours. Since the capacity of transfer vehicles is planned only according to the number of guests attending the extra tours and necessary notifications are made accordingly, this service is only available to extra tour participants.
  • Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided without specifying the hotel name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During periods such as trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than those specified. In such a case, your agency will inform you 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are available based on hotel availability, and the bed allocated for the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed + one extra bed. Extra beds are foldable or sofa beds, so the tour participant declares acceptance of the room size and bed type for third person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply only for one child (meeting the age group) staying with two adults.
  • Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program at hotels are served according to the country's breakfast culture, usually featuring a limited continental breakfast menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate designated dining area for groups.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general city promotion, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting at most 2-3 hours, and do not include museum or archaeological site admissions. TURLAGO is not responsible for the non-realization of these tours, including other tours specified in the program, if on the scheduled day and time local authorities prohibit visits or access routes are closed due to any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted on foot or using public transport where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, within feasibility.
  • Allowed: If only category information is provided and/or alternative information exists for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s) where you will stay 48 hours before the trip departure.
  • Allowed: The participant agrees in advance to participate in the tours outlined in the program, not disrupt the schedule, and pay the amount specified in the program for expenses such as museum & archaeological site entry fees, city taxes, and if applicable, headset audio system costs separately to the tour representative during the trip. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.
  • Allowed: Cancellations and changes cannot be made by the guest for tours with promotion and early booking campaigns.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary agency between the airline and passengers and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Scheduled and charter flights may have a risk of delay or existing trip and flight times may change. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
