  • Allowed: For this tour, a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the minimum tour duration is required.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
  • Allowed: During registration, the name as it appears in the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or changes to tickets due to incorrect information, as well as no-show fees, will be charged to the guests.
  • Allowed: The arrival city of the flight may vary. TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or delays made by airlines.
  • Allowed: Airline rules apply to group tickets. According to group ticket rules, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight will also be forfeited.
  • Allowed: For flights departing from Turkey, luggage allowance is generally 20 kg. This may vary depending on the airline and destination country. For domestic flights in destination countries, the allowance may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/fee rules are determined by airlines and are not TURLAGO's responsibility.
