    After enjoying breakfast at the hotel and checking out, we will depart from the port at the time indicated by our guide by ferry to Crete. Tour Rules

  • Allowed: A passport valid for at least 6 months covering the minimum duration of the tour is required.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
  • Allowed: During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Any ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will incur a no-show fee charged to the guest.
  • Allowed: The destination city of the flight may vary. TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or delays made by airlines.
  • Allowed: Group tickets are subject to airline rules; and according to group ticket regulations, if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight also cannot be used.
  • Allowed: The general luggage allowance on flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and destination country. On domestic flights within the destination country, this weight may be reduced to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/fee rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of TURLAGO.
  • Allowed: If the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, the tour cancellation will be communicated to the consumer 20 days in advance.
