  • Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28 September 1955.
  • Allowed: During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number as on the passport must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. No-show fees for ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be charged to guests.

  • Allowed: Group ticket rules apply; if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight cannot be used.
  • Allowed: The general luggage weight limit for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This limit may vary depending on the airline and destination country.
