Daily Tour Program

1. Day 1
   After taking our breakfast at the hotel and completing check-out formalities, we offer free time. During this free time, our guests who wish can join our additionally organized Casablanca and Rabat Tour (€80). On our tour, we first head to the city tour of Casablanca.    After breakfast at the hotel, we offer a free day. During this free time, guests who wish can join the extra optional Chefchaouen Tour (€85). 3. Day 3
   After breakfast and checkout from the hotel, we offer free time. During this free time, guests who wish can join the optional Fez Masterpieces Tour (€65). We organize our tour of Fez, Morocco's third largest city and the most important in terms of cultural and historical richness. 4. Day 4
   After breakfast, we offer a full day of free time. During this free time, guests who wish can join our extra Essaouira Tour (85 Euro). Tour Rules

• Allowed: General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently.
• Allowed: If sufficient participation for the trip cannot be achieved, Turlago has the right to cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For refunds of additional services purchased outside the tour: the domestic connecting flight ticket purchased from Turlago will also be refunded to the guest; visa services and travel health insurance, if a visa application has been made under the guest's name using these services, these services will be considered used and cannot be refunded; if no visa application has been made, the visa and travel health insurance can be canceled and the fee refunded. If the guest purchased the domestic connecting flight independently from a different provider, they cannot request any fee refund from Turlago if the tour is canceled by Turlago. By purchasing the tour, the guest pre-accepts any material and moral losses that may arise from the cancellation, and Turlago cannot be held responsible.
• Allowed: If sufficient participation for the trip cannot be achieved, Turlago, acting in good faith, reserves the right not to cancel the tour. In this case, since the tour would be provided individually for the guest, the guiding service included in the package will only cover the outbound and inbound airport transfers.
• Allowed: Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty until 30 days before the tour departure date, provided they notify Turlago in writing. If there are fewer than 31 days until the departure date, a penalty of 50% of the tour fee applies; if 15 days or less remain, the full tour fee is charged as a penalty. In case of cancellation requests, the cancellation and refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the cancellation request period, so their refund status must be inquired in advance. Turlago cannot make any commitments regarding refunds for additional services.
• Allowed: Optional tours are organized by the local agency we work with, subject to a minimum participation of 15 people. If sufficient numbers cannot be achieved, the tours may not be conducted, or the prices and content of the optional tours may vary. Additionally, the days and times of the tours, as well as visits to museums and historical sites, may be changed by the guide depending on their open/closed status and weather conditions. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.
• Allowed: The vehicles allocated for optional tours are for the use of guests who have purchased these optional tours.
• Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are 2-3 hour tours conducted for general city introduction, made from the vehicle with guide narration, and do not include museum or archaeological site entries. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the itinerary, are not subject to responsibility of Turlago if they cannot take place due to routes closed by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, closure due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
• Allowed: While adhering to the content of our tours, our guide may change the days of city tours and/or optional tours depending on the number of participants and the closure status of museums and archaeological sites. This is also applicable in the event of changes in flight times.
• Allowed: Optional tours are voluntary and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in optional tours during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest stop before the optional tour starts and are picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.
• Allowed: Turlago is an intermediary agency between the airline and the passenger; in case of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention shall apply.
• Allowed: Delay or flight time changes may occur on scheduled and private flights. Turlago is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of flight time change/cancellation.
• Allowed: Children aged 0-2 pay only the airport tax fee.
• Allowed: According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
• Allowed: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants on tours with flights are personal processes and must be completed by the guest prior to the flight at the airport, at the relevant airline counters, or online via the airline's website.
• Allowed: Last-minute delays and gate changes on flights are announced via audio announcements and shown on information boards at the airport. This information must be monitored by the guests themselves.
• Allowed: Turlago is not responsible if guests fail to be present at the specified airport at the reported times, check in or board on time, or fail to board the aircraft, in accordance with airline regulations. All costs incurred, including purchasing new round-trip tickets and arranging transfers in the destination for guests who miss the flight, are their own responsibility.
• Allowed: On most flights departing from Turkey, the baggage allowance is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination, baggage allowance may drop to 15 kg. Rules for excess baggage weight/price are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Turlago.
• Allowed: Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets (to business or first class) using miles may do so after tickets are issued, subject to the availability of the airline (check your membership airline). Mile availability is not guaranteed for every flight. Please check whether the program tickets are issued in an upgradable class.
• Allowed: For some airlines, food, beverages, and online check-in services may involve extra charges.
• Allowed: Turlago will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest with the hotel. In such cases, Turlago's cancellation policies will apply.
• Allowed: If in the tour program the hotel(s) are mentioned only by category without name, and/or are presented as options for the same destination, Turlago will inform the guest 48 hours before the trip's departure.
• Allowed: During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the stated location or kilometers. In such cases, Turlago will provide information 15 days before the tour's departure date.
• Allowed: During registration for the purchased tour, the guest must enter/declare the name, date of birth, and passport number in the system exactly as in the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty costs for cancelling or changing tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
• Allowed: Before leaving Turkey, check with your mobile operator whether your phone is enabled for use abroad.
• Allowed: Hotel check-in time for accommodation is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00.
• Allowed: Turlago communicates room-related requests (high floor, proximity to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. We strive to ensure that reserved rooms meet guest preferences based on hotel availability. Fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at check-in and is not guaranteed by Turlago.
• Allowed: Breakfast served at hotels differs from the rich traditional Turkish breakfast. Typically, it is limited to what is called a continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and for groups, it may be served in a separate designated dining room.
• Allowed: In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of twin beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with 2 beds that can be combined when needed.
• Allowed: Child and extra bed policies may vary by hotel and room type.
• Allowed: Any additional beds and baby cots are provided upon request and subject to availability, and approval by the hotel is required.
