Daily Tour Program

  1. Day 1
    We arrive in the morning near Kavala and stop for breakfast at a rest facility in Nea Karvali. After a free breakfast of soup, breakfast plate, or pastry, we head to Keramoti port to catch the ferry to Thassos Island.     After breakfast at the hotel, our guests who wish can participate in the extra Aliki Beach – Giola Tour (€20). Departing from the hotel in our private vehicle, we first head to Aliki Beach, one of the island's famous beaches.     After breakfast at the hotel, the day is free. Our guests who wish can participate in the extra Marble Beach Tour (€20). With guests joining the tour, we set off after breakfast towards Marble Beach, one of the most popular beaches on the island. Tour Rules

  • Allowed: - Our guests must possess a valid Schengen visa for the duration of the tour. (Green passport holders are exempt from visa requirements.)
  • Allowed: - For shopping and spending in all countries included in the program during the tour, having euros is sufficient. The guide will assist with currency exchange in regions using local currency.
  • Allowed: - Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a light jacket or similar clothing for the evening.
  • Allowed: - In our weekly tours, a rotation (seat change) practice is applied for daily seat planning, and no fixed or front-row guarantees are given. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide.
  • Allowed: - When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a minimum stay requirement of at least 1 day to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
  • Allowed: - Duty-free shopping limits when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of spirits (over 22% alcohol, excluding wine and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of spirits (up to 22% alcohol, including wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Candy: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
  • Allowed: - Depending on weather and road conditions, guides may make changes to the program flow, provided that all places specified in the program are visited.
  • Allowed: - Our guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before departure. If there are less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty is applied, and 20 days or fewer results in a 100% penalty. Unfortunately, documents such as hospital reports from official authorities in Turkey, work permits, etc., submitted with a cancellation request are not accepted for the cancellation of hotel accommodations or services to be received outside Turkey.
  • Allowed: - Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation for the trip cannot be achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. In case of cancellation due to insufficient participation, TURLAGO will notify you.
  • Allowed: - In cases where the program specifies only category information without naming a specific hotel, and offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by TURLAGO 2 days before the trip departs.
  • Allowed: - During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located farther than the indicated distances. In such cases, TURLAGO will inform you 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: - Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated for the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed plus one additional bed. Additional beds are made up of foldable or coach beds, and by reserving, the third participant and/or child accepting potential room space constraints and bed type. Child discounts apply for only one child (within the age range) staying with two adults.
  • Allowed: - Breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the destination country, generally as a continental breakfast consisting of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for the group.
  • Allowed: - Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general city introduction and are guided from the vehicle, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours that do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. TURLAGO is not responsible for the inability to conduct panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if local authorities do not allow visits or entry on the scheduled day and time, due to road closures from any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted on foot or by public transport where possible.
  • Allowed: - During travel, waiting times at land border crossings may exceed standard durations; TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from such waiting periods.
  • Allowed: - Optional tours are organized by the local company TURLAGO with a minimum of 20 participants. If sufficient numbers are not met, tours may be canceled, or fares, content, and vehicles may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, tour days and times may be changed by the guide depending on museum opening hours and weather conditions.
  • Allowed: - Optional tours are voluntary. Passengers who do not wish to participate in optional tours during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest stop before the optional tour starts and picked up from the same point after the tour ends.
  • Allowed: - Check-in and boarding procedures for participants of air-inclusive tours are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website before the flight.
  • Allowed: - TURLAGO is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the times notified, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who fail to board the aircraft. All costs for new round-trip tickets and transfers required for those who miss the flight are borne by the passenger.
  • Allowed: - TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28 September 1955. There is a risk of delays in scheduled and charter flights, and times may change before the trip or flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of time changes by purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
  • Allowed: - Vehicle types used in our tours are classified according to the number of participants as follows. The appropriate vehicle type is assigned based on the number of participants in each tour.
