• Allowed: For this tour, a passport valid for at least 6 months covering the minimum tour duration is required.
• Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol.
• Allowed: During registration, the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or modification fees for tickets due to incorrect information, including no-show fees, will be charged to the guests.
• Allowed: The arrival city may vary. TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for schedule changes or delays caused by airlines.
• Allowed: Group tickets are subject to airline rules; if the outbound flight is not used, the return flight will also be forfeited per group ticket regulations.
• Allowed: For most flights departing from Turkey, luggage allowance is 20kg. This may vary depending on the airline and destination.
