1. Day 1
   After breakfast, free time; guests who wish can join the optional Kotor, Tivat, and Perast Tour at an extra cost of 75 EUR. Our tour begins with a 30-minute bus ride to Kotor. We will start our tour at the Neretva River, seeing Tito's Bridge, which is the second most famous bridge in Mostar. After the blue-green beauty of the Neretva, we will see the Mostar Bridge. Tour Rules

• Allowed: Important notes are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.
• Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, subject to the Hague Protocol of 28 September 1955.
• Allowed: Scheduled and charter flights may be subject to delay risks or times may change before the tour and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of time changes by purchasing the tour. Last-minute delays and gate changes on flights are announced by audio announcements at airports and displayed on information boards at the premises. It is the responsibility of the guests to follow this information.
• Allowed: Check-in and boarding procedures required for participants of tours with flights are personal procedures and must be performed by the guest at the relevant airline counters at the airport before the flight or online via the airline's website.
• Allowed: TURLAGO is not responsible if guests fail to be present at the specified airport at the announced times per airline rules, fail to check in and board on time, or check in and board but do not board the aircraft, and thus cannot take the flight. Guests who miss the flight must cover all expenses for obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination to join the tour.
• Allowed: According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
• Allowed: Children aged 0-2 pay only the airport tax.
• Allowed: The minimum number of participants for this package tour is 10 persons per hotel category. If the number of participants is insufficient, the tour cancellation will be notified to the consumer 21 days in advance.
• Allowed: TURLAGO may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date if deemed necessary. In such case, the cancellation information is communicated to the guest and the full tour fee is refunded. For refunds of additional services purchased outside the tour: domestic connecting flights or visa services purchased from TURLAGO and travel health insurance are refundable if the insurance has not been used for a visa application. However, if the insurance has been used for a visa application, these services cannot be refunded. If the guest purchased a domestic connecting flight from a provider independent of TURLAGO, they cannot claim a refund from TURLAGO agency in case of tour cancellation. The guest accepts any financial and non-financial losses arising from the cancellation of the tour at the time of purchase, and TURLAGO shall not be held liable.
• Allowed: If sufficient participation for the tour is not achieved, the guiding service included in the package will only cover the transfer from and to the airport abroad, as it would be arranged individually for TURLAGO.
• Allowed: Panoramic city tours last a maximum of 2 hours, are conducted from the bus, and visit major points of the city.
• Allowed: Alternative tours can be realized with a minimum of 20 participants. With fewer participants, tours may be conducted at the guide's discretion and with price adjustments if necessary. TURLAGO cannot be held liable for the inability to conduct these tours.
• Allowed: Even if the alternative tours specified in the programs have sufficient participants, their days and times may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and archaeological sites are open/closed and on weather conditions. This also applies to changes in flight times.
• Allowed: No excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason shall be conducted. TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for tours that cannot be carried out for this reason.
• Allowed: During extra tours, a different guide may accompany our guests.
• Allowed: TURLAGO reserves the right to change the tour itinerary, provided that the content remains the same.
• Allowed: If included or optional (extra) tours cannot be conducted due to special circumstances, alternative tours may be arranged instead.
• Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided without hotel names and/or choices are offered for the same destination in the tour program, the guest will be informed by TURLAGO 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Allowed: Hotel names indicated in marketed packages are subject to change; TURLAGO has the right to change the hotel during busy periods (such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, or high season in the relevant region) provided that the category remains the same or is upgraded. The purchasing guest is deemed to accept this condition.
• Allowed: Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one additional bed. Additional beds are of the foldable or sofa-bed type; the third participant and/or children are deemed to accept any congestion and bed type in the rooms. Child discounts apply only for one child (within the age group) staying with two adults.
• Allowed: During active periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels located farther than the specified locations or distances may be used. In such cases, the participant will be informed by the agency 15 (fifteen) days before the tour departure date.
• Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour price as part of the services provided at the hotel are offered according to the breakfast culture of the host country and generally consist of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, known as continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate room allocated for groups.
• Allowed: In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined when necessary.
• Allowed: Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes will be collected from the guest by the hotel at check-in or check-out.

• Allowed: Since our tour operates as a chartered flight program, all transfers and tours included in the itinerary are planned for all passengers on the flight to travel to the same points simultaneously.
• Allowed: Boat tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 25 (twenty-five) people.
• Allowed: In our boat tour, the Blue Cave visit is a different cove tour where you disembark from the main boat and go by dinghy for a short time. It can only be done subject to sea conditions (sea conditions in the relevant region may vary according to the navigation route) and with the captain's approval to proceed.
• Allowed: The boats are standard marine vessels used in all touristic regions, suitable for local conditions, featuring a seating area with tables on the lower deck and a small sunbathing area on the upper deck. They are not exclusive to a single group and are open to all travel enthusiasts. All boat tours will take place with the participation of all groups and guests. Since the boat is open except for the canopy covers and the tour is a full-day excursion at sea, we recommend our guests choose slippers/shoes suitable for wet surfaces.
