Tour Rules

• Allowed: The tour duration is 5 Nights 6 Days including departure and return days, with 3 nights of hotel accommodation. 2 nights are spent traveling.
• Allowed: In our tour, guiding, transportation, accommodation, and excursions are part of a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused rights such as transportation, accommodation, guiding, excursions, etc. cannot be refunded.
• Allowed: Child discounts applied in tour packages are valid for one child accompanied by 2 adults. For children aged 0-6, a separate bed may not be provided during hotel accommodation.
• Allowed: In triple rooms during hotel accommodations, our 3rd guest is generally accommodated in an extra bed.
• Allowed: The hotels listed in the program are the Agency's preferred accommodation facilities. Changes may be made to the region and hotels to be stayed in depending on availability, provided that hotel standards remain the same. Based on availability, hotel names will be provided if requested 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Allowed: Rooms in the hotels to be stayed at are determined by the hotel. No selection can be made between rooms.
• Allowed: Our break stops may be changed due to force majeure reasons such as density, renovations, etc., provided that their location and service standards remain the same.
• Allowed: In the program timing (order of points to be visited during the day or between days), the guide may make changes when deemed necessary in cases such as weather conditions, road conditions, density at visited places, etc.
• Allowed: In our tour, the Agency is not responsible for places that are included in the tour program but cannot be visited due to force majeure reasons (weather, road, density at visited places, etc.) or if guests do not adhere to the timings set by our guide during the tour. In such a case, guests shall not have any claims.
• Allowed: A progressive pricing system is applied in all our tours. As the number of reservations within the package tour increases and the date approaches, tour prices may also increase progressively. The Agency reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, price locking cannot be done without making a prepayment.
• Allowed: No specific seat number can be promised or guaranteed at the time of booking. Notes entered during booking carry no guarantee. Special seat selections such as the very front or very back rows are not available.
• Allowed: The seat arrangement inside the vehicle is set by the Agency Operations team, taking the order of reservation into account. No refund is possible in case of objections regarding seat allocation. All seats in our vehicles meet the same standards.
• Allowed: Optional tours such as night tours included in the tour program take place depending on the number of participants and current staff conditions. Optional tours along the route will be operated even if not all guests participate. Guests who do not join the optional tours will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not join the optional tours are considered to have accepted to wait at the rest stop as part of the tour.
• Allowed: If an optional tour does not take place for any reason, the guest shall have no right to claim. The Agency bears no responsibility in such a case.
• Allowed: Optional tour prices may vary depending on the season. In such cases, the tour's departure date is taken into account, not the date the guest purchased the tour. The optional tour price applicable during the period of the tour shall be valid. The guest has accepted this upon purchasing the tour.
• Allowed: The Agency is not responsible for any material damages caused by guests to transportation vehicles, hotels, food and beverage venues or any other services provided by suppliers. Establishments have the right to claim compensation for material damages caused by guests.
• Allowed: In cases where children under 18 who are not of legal age participate without one or both of their parents, it is mandatory to carry the consent letter required for tour participation with them during travel.
• Allowed: Guests joining the tour must carry with them reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status and medications they use regularly.
• Allowed: Delays may occur for departure points at the designated times due to traffic, accidents, etc.
• Allowed: Information regarding arrival times at the end of the tour is an estimate, and the Agency is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.
• Allowed: Our guests will be dropped off at the opposite direction of the stops where we picked them up at the end of the tour. Please do not insist to the vehicle staff to get off at a different point.
• Allowed: In accordance with traffic regulations, all our guests on board are required to wear seat belts throughout their journey; otherwise, the Agency bears no responsibility.
• Allowed: Responsibility for all personal belongings inside the vehicle belongs to the guest at stops and similar places.
• Allowed: Since the first-day tour begins before hotel check-in, please prepare separately the items you need to keep with you.
• Allowed: Due to the busy schedule during the tour, it is not always possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so it is advisable to be prepared.
• Allowed: Long distances may be covered within the programs to be carried out. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide inside the vehicle.
• Allowed: Lunch meals consist of economical menus specific to the region. At lunch and dinner, separate tables are used for groups depending on regional density.
• Allowed: The start and end routes of our tours are determined according to regional density. Our guests may learn the confirmed start and end route before our tour begins by contacting us 2 days in advance if they wish.
• Allowed: In cases where the tour does not reach sufficient numbers, the guest will be informed and, according to the guest's preference, the tour may be postponed to the next date or canceled. Alternatively, the guest may be ticketed to the nearest departure point to enable participation in the tour. In such a case, the Agency is obliged to inform its guest three (3) days in advance by phone, SMS, or email. In such a case, the guest does not acquire the right to claim compensation.
• Allowed: For cancellations and changes made by the guest up to 30 days before the service start date without stating a reason, the amount paid is refunded to the guest. For cancellations and changes made between 29 and 15 days before the tour date, a deduction of 30% of the reservation amount applies; for cancellations and changes made between 15 and 7 days, a deduction of 50% of the reservation amount applies; for cancellations and changes made within 7 days or less, a deduction of 100% of the reservation amount applies.
