Daily Tour Program

1. Day 1

   After our overnight journey, we begin the day with a breakfast break. Then we take in a panoramic view of the Historic Taş Köprü (Stone Bridge) over the Seyhan River and visit the Sabancı Central Mosque in Adana, one of the region's most important mosques.    After enjoying breakfast at our hotel, we depart from the hotel and set off for Halfeti, one of our country's 'Cittaslow' towns. Tour Rules

• Allowed: The tour duration is 6 Nights 7 Days including the departure and return days, with 4 nights of hotel accommodation. 2 nights are spent traveling.
• Allowed: In our tour, guidance, transportation, accommodation, and excursions are offered as a package and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, excursions, etc. rights are non-refundable.
• Allowed: Child discounts applicable to tour packages are valid for one child accompanied by two adults. For children aged 0-6, separate beds may not be provided in hotel accommodation.
• Allowed: In hotel accommodations, for triple rooms, our 3rd guest is generally accommodated in an extra bed.
• Allowed: The hotels specified in the program are the agency's preferred accommodation facilities. Depending on the density in the region and hotels to be stayed, changes may be made provided that hotel standards remain the same. Availability permitting, hotel names will be communicated if requested 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Allowed: Rooms in the hotels to be stayed are determined by the hotel. No choice can be made between rooms.
• Allowed: Our break stops may be changed due to force majeure such as density, renovations, etc., provided that the location and service standards remain the same.
• Allowed: The guide may make changes in the program schedule (the order of places to visit during the day or between days) if deemed necessary due to weather conditions, road conditions, density at visit sites, etc.
• Allowed: In our tour, due to force majeure (weather, road, density at visit sites, etc.) or if guests do not comply with the timings given by our guide during the tour, the agency is not responsible for places that cannot be visited despite being written in the tour program. In such a case, no claim rights arise for the guest.
• Allowed: In our tours with flights and buses, guests joining from other cities can join the tour from the airport in a regional meeting manner. In such cases, waits at the airport may occur due to flight times.
• Allowed: A gradual price system is applied in all our tours. As the number of reservations within the package tour increases and the date approaches, tour prices may also increase gradually. The agency reserves the right to increase prices. In this case, price fixation cannot be done without receiving a prepayment.
• Allowed: During reservation, absolutely no seat number promise or guarantee can be given. Notes entered in the reservation have no guarantee. Special seat selection such as the very front or very back is not made.
• Allowed: Seat allocation on board the vehicle is arranged by the Agency Operations team based on the order of reservation. In the event of objections regarding seat assignment, refunds are not possible. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Allowed: Optional tours such as night tours included in the tour program are subject to the number of participants and current staff conditions. Optional tours along the route will be carried out even if not all guests participate. For optional tours, guests who do not wish to join will be directed by our guide to rest areas or city centers. Guests who do not participate in optional tours are deemed to have accepted the tour on the condition of waiting at the rest stop.
• Allowed: If an optional tour does not take place for any reason, the guest shall have no right to claim. The Agency bears no liability in such a case.
• Allowed: Optional tour prices may vary depending on the season. In such a case, the date of the tour's departure is taken into account, not the date the guest purchased the tour. The optional tour price applicable during the tour period shall apply. The guest has accepted this upon purchasing the tour.
• Allowed: The Agency is not responsible for any material damages caused by guests in the transportation vehicle, hotel, food and beverage areas, and all services provided by suppliers. Businesses have the right to claim material damages caused by guests.
• Allowed: In cases where children under 18 years of age who are not legally of age participate without one or both of their parents, a consent form required for tour participation must be carried by the accompanying persons during travel.
• Allowed: Our guests participating in the tour must carry with them medical reports regarding health issues, pregnancy status, and medications they use regularly.
• Allowed: During the designated departure times, delays may occur due to traffic, accidents, and similar circumstances.
• Allowed: Information regarding the estimated arrival times at the end of the tour is approximate, and the Agency is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.
• Allowed: Our guests will be dropped off at the opposite side of the stops where they were picked up at the end of the tour. Please do not insist with vehicle staff to be dropped off at a different point.
• Allowed: In accordance with traffic law, all our guests on board are required to wear seat belts throughout their journey; otherwise, the Agency bears no responsibility.
• Allowed: Responsibility for all personal belongings inside the vehicle rests with the guest during breaks and similar stops.
• Allowed: Since the first day's sightseeing will begin before checking into the hotel, please prepare the items you need to keep with you separately.
• Allowed: Due to the busy schedule during the tour, it is not always possible to find ATMs, currency exchange offices, etc., so it is advisable to be prepared.
• Allowed: Long distances may be covered within the programs to be carried out. Necessary information will be provided by the tour guide inside the vehicle.
• Allowed: Lunches consist of economical menus featuring local specialties. At lunch and dinner, separate tables are used for groups depending on the region's capacity.
• Allowed: The starting and ending routes of our tours are determined based on regional density. Before our tour begins, our guests can learn the finalized starting and ending route by contacting us 2 days in advance if they wish.
• Allowed: If the agency cannot reach the sufficient number of participants for the tour, the guest will be informed and the tour can be postponed to the next date or canceled according to the guest's request. Or the guest can join the tour by ticketing to the nearest departure point. In such a case, the Agency is obliged to inform its guest three (3) days in advance by phone, sms, or e-mail. In this case, the guest does not have the right to claim compensation.
