Daily Tour Program

    After breakfast, departure for Lake Garda. We visit Italy's largest lake, Lake Garda, to relax and enjoy the magnificent scenery. Tour Rules

  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
  • Allowed: In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying a name and/or has options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than those specified. In such a case, your agency will notify you 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are available depending on hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed allocated for the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one extra bed. Since extra beds are either folding or rollaway beds, the tour participant is deemed to have accepted the possible crowding and bed type in the room for third-person and/or child reservations. Children discounts apply only to one child (within the appropriate age group) staying with two adults.
  • Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program and provided at hotels are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a continental breakfast consisting of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a private dining area designated for the group.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for a general introduction to the cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting at most 2-3 hours, and do not include entries to museums or archaeological sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not the responsibility of TURLAGO if they cannot be conducted due to restrictions by local authorities on the day and time, closed roads due to events, or impossibility due to weather conditions. Some tours may be made using public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
  • Allowed: If only category information is provided and/or alternative information exists for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s) you will be staying at 48 hours before the trip starts.
  • Allowed: The participant may pay the amount previously announced in the tour program during the trip to the tour representative for expenses related to museum/archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and earphone audio systems if applicable, provided they participate in the scheduled tours, do not disrupt the program, and accept these costs. The participant has been informed before the trip.
  • Allowed: In our promotional and early booking campaign tours, the guest cannot cancel or make changes.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and charter flights, or hours may change before the current trip and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour acknowledging and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fee.
