- Allowed:
- Allowed: Optional tours organized within the tour program are operated on a participation basis. Transfer services between the hotel and city center are not provided for guests who do not attend these tours. Since the capacity of transfer vehicles is planned only according to the number of guests joining optional tours, and necessary notifications are made accordingly, only participants of optional tours can benefit from this service.
- Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without naming the hotel, and/or where there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- Allowed: During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, your agency will notify you 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated for the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed plus one extra bed. Since extra beds are of the foldable and coach bed type, participants booking for a third person and/or child are deemed to accept any cramped conditions and the type of bed in the room. Child discounts are valid for only one child (within the age group) staying with two adults.
- Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at hotels are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the host country, generally consisting of a limited menu of Continental breakfast including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for the group.
- Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are up to 2-3 hour tours arranged for the general introduction of cities, conducted from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entrance to museums or ancient sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot be conducted due to road closures by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, closures due to any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible, TURLAGO is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed, as far as feasible.
- Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided and/or there is alternative information for the same destination, you can learn which hotel(s) you will stay at 48 hours before the tour departure.
- Allowed: The participant may pay the amount notified in advance in the tour program for expenses incurred during the tour, such as museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and audio headset systems, if any, provided they participate in the scheduled tours as per the program and do not disrupt the itinerary. The participant has been informed before the tour.
- Allowed: Cancellations and changes cannot be made by guests on promotional and early booking campaigns.
- Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and charter flights, or hours may change before the current trip and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
