    After arriving at 22:25 local time, we transfer to our hotel by a private bus waiting for us. Upon check-in, free time to rest.

    After breakfast, we set off for a Tokyo city tour. Our first stop is Shibuya, known as a hub of entertainment and cultural experiences.     After our breakfast, we move to the train station at the time set by our guide for our Shinkansen (bullet train) journey to Osaka. We only take our daily essentials with us. (Our large suitcases will be separately transferred to our Osaka hotel by the transfer company arranged by our agency.)     After breakfast, we check out from the hotel. We transfer to the airport at the time announced by our guide. We fly to Seoul with a local airline. Upon arrival in Seoul, we start our panoramic city tour. We head to Gangnam Square. Gangnam, meaning south of the Han River, is Seoul's third largest district. Tour Rules

  • Allowed: For Japan-Korea groups: we cannot accept male travelers such as friends, father-son, relatives, or solo male travelers for accommodation in single, double, or twin rooms.
  • Allowed: The only exception for participation in these tours is if passengers have a Schengen or US visa in their passport. If they have such visas, please capture the images and forward them to us during registration.
  • Allowed: Our tour schedule is subject to a minimum of 20 participants. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be announced to you through your agency.
  • Allowed: If the tour program provides only category information without naming hotels and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by your agency 15 days before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms can be provided depending on hotel availability; in such rooms, the bed allocated for the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed plus an extra bed. Since extra beds are folding or rollaway types, tour participants acknowledge and accept potential crowding and the bed type when booking for a third person and/or child. Child discounts apply to one child (in the appropriate age group) staying with two adults.
  • Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, typically as a continental breakfast comprising butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee with a limited menu, and may be served in a separate assigned room for groups.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for overall city introduction and consist of a 2-3 hour bus tour with guide commentary, excluding museum or archaeological site entry fees. If these tours, including others mentioned, cannot take place due to closures by local authorities, road closures for events, or impossible weather conditions, TURLAGO is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is restricted.
  • Allowed: If only category information is provided and/or alternative hotels are available for the same destination, you can learn your specific hotel(s) 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: The participant agrees in advance to join all scheduled tours as per the itinerary without disruption, and to pay the previously disclosed amount for museum and archaeological site entry fees, city taxes, audio systems (if any), and other related expenses to the tour representative during the trip. The participant has been fully informed on this matter.
  • Allowed: No cancellations or changes can be made by guests for promotional and early booking campaigns.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Scheduled and charter flights may face delays, and schedules may change before the tour/flight. TURLAGO is obliged to inform of such changes promptly. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax or service fees.
  • Allowed: For Japan-Korea groups: we cannot accept male travelers who wish to stay as friends, father-son pairs, relatives, or any male passengers choosing single, double, or twin accommodations.
  • Allowed: The only exception for participation in these tours is if passengers hold Schengen or US visas in their passports. If they have such visas, we kindly request that copies be taken and forwarded to us during registration.
