Tour Rules
- Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Cancellations due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
- Allowed: Extra tours organized within the tour program are based on participation. Transfer services between the hotel and city center are not provided for guests who do not participate in these tours. Since transfer vehicle capacity is planned only according to the number of participants in extra tours and necessary notifications are made accordingly, only extra tour participants may benefit from this service.
- Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a hotel name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by your agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated for the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed + one additional bed. Since additional beds are foldable or coach beds, tour participants booking for a third person and/or children are deemed to accept any crowding and bed type that may occur in the room. Child discounts apply only for one child per two adults, within the appropriate age group.
- Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country and generally consist of a limited menu including butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee (continental breakfast). They may be served in a separate allocated room for groups.
- Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are 2-3 hour tours for the general introduction of cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not be possible on the scheduled day and time due to closures by local authorities, road closures because of events, or weather conditions; TURLAGO is not responsible for such cancellations. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible, in cases of closed roads or no vehicle access.
- Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided and/or there are alternative options for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s) you will stay at 48 hours before the tour departure.
- Allowed: The participant agrees in advance to join the tours specified in the program, not to disrupt the itinerary, and to separately pay the pre-notified amount in the tour program to the tour representative during the trip for expenses such as museum & ruin entrance fees, city taxes, and audio headset systems, if any. The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.
- Allowed: In our promotional and early booking campaign tours, no cancellations or changes can be made by the guest.
- Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. On scheduled and charter flights, there may be a risk of delay, or hours may change before the existing trip and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax or airport service fees.
