Tour Rules
- Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. In case of cancellation due to insufficient participation, you will be informed through your agency.
- Allowed: Extra tours organized within the tour program are based on participation. Transfer service between the hotel and city center is not provided for guests who do not participate in these tours. Since the capacity of transfer vehicles is planned only according to the number of guests joining the extra tours and necessary notifications are made accordingly, only extra tour participants can benefit from this service.
- Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a hotel name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- Allowed: During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, you will be informed by your agency 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Allowed: Triple rooms are available subject to hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one double bed and one extra bed. Since extra beds are foldaway or coach beds, the tour participant is deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions and bed type for third-person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for one child (meeting the age group) staying with two adults.
- Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program and provided at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and consist of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, generally referred to as continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate room designated for the group.
- Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general city introduction, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, and do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites. TURLAGO is not responsible if panoramic tours, including other specified tours, cannot be conducted due to restrictions from local authorities on the scheduled day and time, closed roads due to any event, or adverse weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
- Allowed: In cases where only category information is provided and/or there are alternative options for the same destination, you can find out the hotel(s) you will stay at 48 hours before the tour departure.
- Allowed: The participant agrees to participate in the tours scheduled in the itinerary and not to disrupt the program, and in this context, accepts in advance to pay the amount previously notified in the tour program separately to the tour representative during the trip for expenses such as museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and headphone audio system (if any). The participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.
- Allowed: No cancellations or changes can be made by the guest for our promotional and Early Booking campaign tours.
- Allowed: TURLAGO is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Lahey Protocol of 28 September 1955. For scheduled and charter flights, there may be a risk of delay or changes in hours before the current trip and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between 0-2 years do not pay departure tax and service charges.
