Tour Rules

  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum of 20 participants. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Cancelled tours due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you via your agency.
  • Allowed: If only the category is specified in the tour itinerary without a hotel name and/or there are options for the same destination, your hotel(s) will be notified by your travel agency 48 hours prior to the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located beyond the distances specified. In such cases, you will be informed by your travel agency 15 days before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and in these rooms, the bed allocated for the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed + one extra bed. Extra beds are folding or rollaway beds, so by booking a triple room for a third adult or child, you accept potential space constraints and bed type. Child discounts apply only to one child per two adults, provided the child is within the specified age group.
  • Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour package and served at the hotel are provided according to the country's breakfast culture, typically continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee. They may be served in a designated hall for groups.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the package are 2-3 hour tours for general city orientation, done from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites. TURLAGO is not responsible if these tours cannot be conducted due to restrictions, closed roads caused by events, or adverse weather conditions. Some tours may be done on foot or by public transportation where roads are closed or vehicles are not allowed.
  • Allowed: If only the category is provided and/or there are alternative hotels for the same destination, you can learn your accommodation hotel(s) 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: The participant may join all tours specified in the itinerary, and instead of disrupting the program, may pay during the trip the amount previously stated in the itinerary to cover expenses such as museum/archaeological site entrances, city taxes, and audio guide systems, if any. The participant has been informed in advance.
  • Allowed: For tours with promotional or early booking campaigns, cancellations and modifications are not allowed by the guest.
  • Allowed: TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and charter flights, or the current tour and flight times may change. TURLAGO is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour with the knowledge and acceptance that flight details may change. Children between the ages of 0-2 do not pay departure tax and airport service fees.
