Allowed: Participants must have a valid Multiple Entry Schengen visa for the entire duration of the tour. (Green passport holders are exempt from visa.)
Allowed: For shopping and spending in all countries on the tour, carrying Euros is sufficient. In areas using local currency, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
Allowed: Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers are recommended for the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evenings.
Allowed: For weekly tours, a daily rotation seating arrangement is applied; fixed seats or front seats are not guaranteed. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide.
Allowed: When entering Turkey from abroad, an overnight stay of at least 1 day is required to bring items (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).

Allowed: Our guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel for free up to 30 days before the tour. If less than 30 days remain before the tour date, a 0% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 0% penalty applies. Unfortunately, hospital reports, work permits, and similar documents obtained from Turkish authorities submitted with participants' cancellation requests are not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services outside of Turkey.
Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation for the tour is not achieved, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Turlago.
Allowed: In cases where only the category information is provided without specifying the hotel name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Turlago 2 days before the departure.
Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, Turlago will provide information 15 days before the tour departure.
Allowed: Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and in these rooms, the bed allocated for the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed + one additional bed. Since additional beds are rollout or coach beds, the tour participant declares acceptance of potential crowding and bed type in case of third-person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply for one child (meeting the age criteria) staying with two adults.
Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program and served at hotels are provided according to the breakfast culture of the country, usually with a limited menu called continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of a maximum of 2-3 hours arranged for general introduction of cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. Panoramic tours, including other specified tours in the program, are not provided on days/hours when local authorities prohibit visiting or entry due to any event causing road closures, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, Emc Tour is not responsible for the failure to conduct the tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
Allowed: Waiting times at border gates crossed by road during travel may exceed standard times; the company cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from these waiting periods.
Allowed: Extra tours are organized by the local company from which we obtain services, with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not met, the tours cannot be held, or extra tour prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide based on whether museums and archaeological sites at the destinations are open or closed, as well as weather conditions.
Allowed: Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.
Allowed: Check-in and boarding procedures for participants of flight-inclusive tours are personal matters and must be completed by the guest at the relevant airline counters at the airport before the flight or online via the airline's website.
Allowed: Turlago is not responsible for individuals who fail to be present at the specified airport at the times notified by Turlago for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding but do not board the aircraft, resulting in them missing their flight. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets required for these individuals to join the tour and any transfers at the destination are their own responsibility.
Allowed: Turlago is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. Turlago is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
