  • Allowed: - During the tour, having Euros is sufficient for shopping and spending in all countries on the itinerary. In areas using local currency, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
  • Allowed: - Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers are recommended throughout the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar garment for the evening.
  • Allowed: - In our weekly tours, daily seat rotation is applied; fixed seats or front seats are not guaranteed. Seat changes are organized by the tour guide.
  • Allowed: - When entering Turkey from abroad, a minimum of 1 night's accommodation is required to bring items (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).

  • Allowed: - Our guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before departure. If there are less than 30 days until the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if less than 20 days, a 100% penalty applies. Hospital reports issued by Turkish authorities, work permits, and similar documents submitted with the cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotel accommodations and services outside of Turkey.
  • Allowed: - Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by TURLAGO.
  • Allowed: - In cases where the tour program only specifies a category without naming the hotel and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by TURLAGO 2 days before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: - During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by TURLAGO 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Allowed: - Triple rooms are available subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed plus one extra bed. Since extra beds are made up of fold-out and coach beds, the tour participant declares acceptance of possible crowding in the room and the type of bed for third person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for one child (in the appropriate age group) staying with two adults.
  • Allowed: - Breakfasts included in the tour program at hotels are served according to the breakfast culture of the country, usually as a continental breakfast consisting of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for the group.
  • Allowed: -The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of maximum 2-3 hours, organized for a general introduction of the cities, made from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include museum or archaeological site admissions. Panoramic tours, including other specified tours, are held on the day and time designated in the program. TURLAGO is not responsible if tours cannot take place due to closures ordered by local authorities, road closures due to events, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted on foot or by public transport where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
  • Allowed: -During the trip, waiting times at border crossing points may exceed standards, and TURLAGO cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from such waiting times.
  • Allowed: -Extra tours are organized by our local service provider TURLAGO with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not met, tours may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicle type may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing hours of museums and archaeological sites at the destination, as well as weather conditions.
  • Allowed: -Extra tours are optional and not compulsory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up after the tour ends.
  • Allowed: -Check-in and boarding procedures for participants of flight-inclusive tours are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the respective airline before the flight or online via the airline's website.
  • Allowed: -TURLAGO is not responsible for the inability of persons who are not present at the designated airport at the times specified by TURLAGO, who do not complete check-in and boarding on time, or who do not board the aircraft even after timely check-in and boarding, to complete their flight. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area required for such persons to join the tour are their own responsibility.
  • Allowed: -TURLAGO acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Warsaw Convention/Protocol of September 28, 1955 (referring to the Warsaw Convention with the Hague Protocol). There is a risk of delay on scheduled and charter flights, and hours may change prior to the existing tour and flight. TURLAGO is obliged to inform such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of schedule change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay an airport tax and airport services fee.
