There is no additional fee for optional tours. Only museum and archaeological site entrance fees and city taxes are excluded.
  • Allowed: Professional Guidance: Throughout the tour, you will be accompanied by experienced and knowledgeable guides. The guides provide detailed information about the places visited and answer your questions.
  • Allowed: Flexible Programs: In relaxed tour programs, there are generous time intervals between places to visit. This allows participants to explore each point without rushing. While enjoying the sights, participants also have the opportunity to rest and relax. Thus, you can rest or explore as you wish.
  • Allowed: Carefully Selected Routes: Comfort tours are those in which the places to visit are carefully selected and the program is meticulously planned. Thus, you will not miss important and interesting points during the tour.
  • Allowed: Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 30 people. If sufficient participation for the tour is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. A tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
  • Allowed: In cases where the tour program indicates only category information without naming a hotel and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by your agency 15 days before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed + one extra bed. Since extra beds consist of pull-out and rollaway beds, the third participant and/or child reservations are deemed to accept the potential tightness in the room and the type of bed. Child discounts apply for a single child (in the appropriate age group) staying with two adults.
  • Allowed: Breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, usually with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, known as continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate room allocated to the group.
  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are 2-3 hour tours arranged for general city orientation, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees. If these tours cannot be conducted due to closures by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, road closures for events, or adverse weather conditions, TURLAGO is not responsible for their cancellation. Some tours may be conducted on foot or using public transport when roads are closed or vehicle access is restricted.
  • Allowed: If only the hotel category is provided and/or there are alternative options for the same destination, you may learn the name(s) of your hotel(s) 48 hours before departure.
  • Allowed: The participant may, during the trip, pay the amount previously communicated in the tour program to the tour representative for expenses such as museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and headset audio systems if applicable, provided that they participate in the scheduled tours and do not disrupt the itinerary. The participant has been informed before the tour.
  • Allowed: Cancellation and changes by guests are not allowed for promotion and early booking campaigns.

  • Allowed: Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for a general introduction of the cities and are panoramic tours lasting no more than 2-3 hours, done from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. TURLAGO is not responsible for the cancellation of these tours and any other specified tours if local authorities do not permit visitation or entry on the scheduled day and time, or due to road closures from any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted via public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
  • Allowed: If only category information is provided and/or there are alternative options for the same destination, you can learn the hotel(s) you will be staying at 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Allowed: The participant may attend the tours scheduled in the program, avoid disrupting the itinerary, and pay the pre-stated amount to the tour representative on site for necessary expenses such as museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, audio guide system costs (if any).
